That squad selection can only be a result of internal 'goings on' at the club, training sessions/work ethic/mentality etc..

Can we have a more 'thorough' ignore feature? bushman (a known 12 year old troll who was banned from Jim's forum before) is the only member I've ever ignored in the history of TC. Yet there is nothing blocking the quotes or the people plebs responding to them; surely IP.Boards have a more advanced version of this system?.. What's the point in blocking a member if you still see their posts 'through others', it renders the whole thing pointless.

He's already been banned from one of JimCFC's forums before (AFF.com), Alex clearly never got the memo.. Not for breaking the rules, but for the quality of his posts. He spammed the whole board with barely literate single sentences, making the forum look cheap/tacky and not the type of place you'd want to sign up. There is nothing original or thoughtful about what bushman adds to the forum, and even worse.. he can't compose an argument to save his life.

You build a side around a player like Mata because you have to acomodate him. We're becoming more direct now, pacey players who can also put in a shift with high work rates.

No, it's not just 'a loss', our away form is diabolical for a top side aiming to win the title. It's consistently bad so far, same problems as last season, and like Mourinho said.. this is still a cup team atm.

I understand he has to juggle the ego's at the club but I'd rather he picked the most suitable squad for the opposing team. Rather than rewarding players like Mata a start mostly due to merit gained from the previous game. Players don't like being benched the following match after 'supposedly' earning a spot in the squad the game before.

Clearly this is your first season as a Chelsea fan then.. Mata gets fucking steam rolled against City, Yaya Toure makes him completely obsolete, like a lost child, essentially making it 11 men Vs 10.

He could have been in the form of his life and still would have missed this game, Man-City are like kryptonite for Mata.

Torres is a work horse now, better physically and has become a real provider. Our midfield get plenty of goals as it is, so we don't necessarily need a goal machine up front to be title challengers.
