For example mikel will not be able to cope with the tempo of passing playin for dortmund because he will want to hold unto the ball longer to make the right decision. Willian is a fast paced dribbler, with good ball control like hazard, dribble skills of a true brazillian. He plays in the wing or Attacking midfield. He's a good for the counter attacking play mourinho loves. That astonvilla game was a perfect example of a match needing a moment of magic from somewhere and hazard didn't do it enough, so adding another xfactor on the opposite flank to take some pressure of hazard won't be a bad idea. You guys are underestimating willian, I rather us get him than tottenham have him. He would make their squad good, look: Soldado. Willian - lamela - lennon. Paulinho - dembele. He needs more maturity to realize that there is a more responsibility on him than others. This will make him motivated to make things happen with taking on his markers more and creating situations with his natural skill

Very good dribbler and good ball control, plays on the left wing and likes to cut inside. He played against us in the group stages of champs lge last season.

I think no one except mata in this team understands him in a one two movement. Torres did it earlier in the match and there was even a more obvious one from schurle in the 91st minute. They don't know how to pass back to hazard when he makes a darting messi-like run.
