He creates 2.5 chances per game. And he doesn't take set-pieces. And that's in the worst form of his career.
That's the highest in the team btw, 7th in the entire league. Willian is right behind him with 2.4 chances per game, but Willian is the set-piece taker.

Pardon me, I never said Mou should justify all his choices. Nor did I say he needs to run behind players before/after every game to tell them why they were/weren't picked in the team => absolutely NOT!
My whole point is... there is a moment where you feel this is getting a real problem. And this is not after 2 days, a week or even 2 weeks. But if you see after a month, 2 months or more... that things are not working well because such a stupid non event, management should take action! IMO this was the case with KDB.
And this is not even Mou's fault, the whole management team failed IMO in the KDB case and is to blame.
You can then say... well it's KDB's loss. Mou is the boss., he's a loser. Too bad for him because he could've been playing for our great team.
But in this case this little boy just became one of Europe's best players just after he left Cobham.
So yeah, in the KDB story... this is OUR loss! We f** had one of the best AM of the world in our squad and lost him because of 'bad communication' and stubbornness of our management team.
Be honest for a second... If KDB wouldn't have been a chelsea player, the transfer talk section would be full of: "this is the player we need, get him for 50million, 70 million, etc.".
    This is always our loss!!

Well, those are highly debatable - hell, even Arsenal fans thought it were fouls when you read the comments. The first one is a pure foul from the other angle. The last is Cahill btw. This however is acting at a high level:

Fact 1 : Hazard and Neymar are both incredibly gifted players.
Fact 2 : It seems that none of them has reached his ceiling yet.
Fact 3 : Hazard and Neymar, while playing in the same area (left-wing), endorse a completely different role for their respective teams. In fact, they could very well play in the same team without treading on each other's toes.

Fact 4 and the most important one : not only it is impossible to figure out which one is better than the other, it is completely nonsensical.
I will say this though, I only know Neymar, the player. But I know Eden Hazard, the person. And I daresay, who you are as a person is as important for a competent coach, as who you are as a player.
In the case of Hazard, he has everything as a human being to be the perfect team partner. He is humble, joyful, forgiving, hard-working, loyal and generous. He is mature, and a loving husband and father, and never drinks or party too much despite his young age and luxury wages.
He doesn't think he is above anyone in the team despite being its obvious best player. He is not a diva, even if some media would have liked him to be.

That's why on the pitch, he doesn't cheat. Doesn't get angry, doesn't try to take justice into his own hands and always respect the referee (as well as the opponent) however mistaken/unfair he may be in his decisions.
Also, he would never place his personal interests above the team or the club's interests.
That is what makes me think that Hazard has something more than other players of similar talent. This and the fact that Hazard never gets injured, despite being constantly fouled.
I don't say that Neymar is not like Hazard in that way, maybe he is I don't know him as a human being. But as long as I won't have proofs that Neymar is as great a human being Hazard is, I would choose Hazard over Neymar in a heart beat, no matter how many goals Neymar scored his last season.

Not often but how often does he actually get into a situation where he can go one on one with the defender, where there's massive amount of space in behind ? Rarely.
Last season there were usually 2 players waiting for Hazard with a third closing off the space behind them which made knocking the ball past those 2 defenders difficult to do as the third would just step in and clear the ball.
I've said it before but when Hazard gets into one on one situations he usually goes for it. It's just that teams rarely let that happen as they know how dangerous Hazard can be in those situations.
Like you said in your post i really believe Luis will give him that bit of extra space he needs, to have a go at players.
There was actually a nice example of this against Besiktas, when Hazard takes out 2 players and draws the foul.
Luis his run made that possible as he took away 1 of Besiktas players leaving Hazard in a 1 on 1 situation with one of their central midfielders.

Who speaks the truth? Manager or player? We don't know.
Most of the times the truth is somewhere in the middle.
All of this doesn't really matter anymore I think.
He's gone, he's happy, and we are happy... let's all be happy
Let's focus on the present and the ones who are still here... Torres for example

Why are people so butthurt, great transfer for CFC, Everton and Lukaku.
I just don't think it's very fair to blame young players like Sturridge or Lukaku for not being happy about bench roles with managers who obviously don't rate them.
Jose had Torres ahead of him in the pecking order last season - that's pretty much like telling him to the face "I think you're shite".
Young players and specially strikers need great confidence to become great, that's why a manager needs to develop a great relationship with them and have his arm around their shoulder. Play them out of position that's alright but explain why you are doing it, bring them on as a substitute but make them feel like they are part of your plans and will have a larger role. This is something we have struggled with enormously - unless we buy a finished product or invest heavily most youth players never develop while here.

Well, like I was saying before I can understand why people are angry at him for his attitude. I am not going to dispute that, however if he feels he is happy to play first team football without much competition at an inferior but good team, then that his decision and he seems happy about it. But that has nothing to do with what I posted.
Lukaku could have shown a competitive attitude for sure but realistically at this club with the signing of Costa and his price tag, he never is going to be a regular no.1. And tbh he is an excellent signing for Everton and playing first team football there every week in his opinion is more beneficial for him than having to wait to prove himself at a better club.
I posted his goalscoring statistics and just indicated that no player is complete at his age. Don't know why you feel the need to keep point-scoring. You hate him, I agree that he could have shown a more competitive attitude but I still wish the best for him and hope he does well in his pastures new
I know he did. And that is what annoys me. Not the fact that he hates him because of his attitude. I am not going to hold that against supporters but what I don't like is the same way he was supporting him before, he has let his personal hatred get in the way and try to dismiss his qualities. Sometimes you got to let hatred go and accept something for it's face value. He has an excellent goalscoring stat for his age but he dismisses it because he does not like the player no more.

With precedent on his side I can understand Romelu's fear of not getting any game time. People are calling him a coward and that if he had self belief last season he would have been given his opportunities. Maybe with Mourinho this would have been true but has everyone forgotten the situation with Sturridge?
Sturridge was so obviously better than Torres and he never ever got a realistic chance. With this in Lukaku's mind and having already suffered from a year on the bench at Chelsea its understandable that he wants to demand minutes. Throw in Mourinho last season had new strikers in Eto'o and this season Drogba i think its very reasonable that Lukaku decided for himself he needed to go.

Skipper. I remember me and you were big advocates for him staying. But I remember at the time and can still look back and see when he left the amount of people who dissed him, stating he was too greedy, too big for his boots and other forms of criticsm etc.. there was plenty of digs at him. Now he has proved that we were going to regret it and some people now say that he is different because he is a complete striker. He is a complete striker because he showed what he can do once he plays regularly and now people appreciate his talent. I mean no one would have labelled Sturridge as a complete striker when he was here. He just needed a move to show what he can do.
Now, yes I appreciate your comments on Lukaku's flaws but PL defences knew who they were coming up against last season after his first season with WBA. But he managed to get 15 goals and does that not tell you that he is no one hit wonder? He has got quality. Martinez rates him highly and was also able to tactically move Lukaku from his natural striking position to RW and Lukaku accustomed to that easily against Arsenal. So while he has some technical weakness he has some tactical strengths as well. He had a very good season at Everton. But where you think his ceiling is Everton, I disagree. If he continues to score goals that is what will be looked at. Like come on Skipper, when he reaches 25 and 26 his tranining and playing time will make him a much better striker. But yes I agree his technical qualities are not that good but in his favour he has got the power and pace and this is why I think he unstoppable at times and when he gets older I reckon he will be a beast. I think it is harsh to say he won't get better because he is only 21. The lack of depth at Everton was the only reason they did not get in the UCL last season and if they got there Lukaku would have been a huge reason why. Martinez did not describe him as "the complete striker" for the sake of it.
Viper. Put your teeth into this please. If he scores for WBA and Everton and then the excuses are that it is "not for Chelsea" why would we loan him out in the first place then? We loaned him out with the apparent intention of integrating him back into the team. Yes there is a difference but until he plays a full season here we cannot judge that he won't be able to score more goals here. Yes, I was talking about talent from the youth and players bought over from a young age. Lukaku was bought at the age of 18 so that is why I put him into that category because he was on our books for a few years. But as with the likes of Ake and Christensen, me and you would love to see them integrated fully into the first team in a few years but just because they have been promoted to the first team squad it does not guarantee anything mate. Mceachran and Chalobah have been part of the first team squad before but have rarely played and unfortunately look like their long term future is elsewhere. I hope it is different with Ake and Christensen but as I was saying no guarantees.
Despite his flaws, Lukaku has clear talent as well and I am deeply annoyed to see him ago so I apologise if I took things out of context there about the young ones but for me it is incredibly frustrating to lose him. This is why the news of signing Drogba never appealed to me. I don't reckon we will sign another striker. Costa is the main striker. Drogba is his 2nd and Torres third. I think when Mourinho said our transfer business was done he meant it. Yes Drogba was brought in but he was a free transfer.
This is what you need to understand. He asked to leave on loan but he said he wanted to come back here and fight for his place. Can you at least acknowledge that? Believe me I have tried to understand some of your views but it is annoying when your view is completely blindsided. His intention was to leave here temporarily, yes temporarily and come back here and challenge for the strikers position. So when you say comments like "he asked to leave the club you support" you make it sound as he wanted to leave here permanently. He done what he thought was best for himself and us because he thought playing regularly at Everton would make him a better striker. Simply. Yes and before you say it I know he would have got starts here but at the time he panicked and asked for a move. You make it sound like he has done something similar to Schneiderlin where he has handed in a transfer request and made it clear he does not want to play there again. He did and that is the difference so when you make comments such as the one I mentioned it just exaggerates the actual truth what happened because his ultimate plan was to come here but you see different.
Yeah and Ibrahimovic arrogant stance and him wanting to be the star player hindered his career right? One of the top strikers in the world so that logic does not add up.
