Hmm I started the thread because I was pissed off that we had a bench of players that could do a better job than the personnel on the pitch. RDM has made the changes, but it will take time... At least it looks like the whole squad has bought into his philosophy though - which is great! I'm still not sure he's the correct long-term choice, but if he keeps doing what he's doing, I will have no complaints. My main wish is stability, too many managers in the past 4 yrs - need someone there for 3-4 years, bringing in good players and working with the youth...
