Chelsea have completed the signing of 18-year old Danilo Pantić, according to reports in Serbia. The Daily Blic is reporting that the Blues have landed the Partizan Belgrade midfielder for €900,000 (£700k). Negotiations for the highly-rated midfielder were carried out in Budapest, Romania. The report states that Chelsea get the player cheap due to his contract running out in the summer and that Chelsea will be paying compensation to the club for developing the player, as per UEFA rules. Danilo Pantić was the captain of the Partizan Belgrade youth team last season before breaking into the first-team in 2013. He has gone on to make 18 league appearances for the Serbian side. Once the transfer has officially gone through, Pantić will join Josh McEachran and Wallace on loan at Vitesse, for whom their chairman is friends with Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich. Pantić has represented the Serbia under-19s on nine occasions and has a bright future ahead of him according to journalists in his homeland. http://www.cleansheetsallround.co.uk/18917/done-deal-chelsea-sign-teenager?
