From that video alone I quite liked the way he dealt when the ball was passed behind him but he still managed to get it on his feet and score. His decisions seems good too, when to pass and when to shoot, plus he has quick feet to get through tight spaces. BUT then again, that is only from a video showing good things. Would like to hear opinions from those who watches the bundesliga regularly, no not a few times, regularly please.

I don't necessarily think that he would be a bad signing, I think the reaction around here is due to that we were 'linked' to players like vidal, kroos, martinez, etc. and when the name paulinho came up it will sound underwhelming compared to those, and rightly so. But we have no idea if any of the rumours have any substance or not. This is the time of the season where the media will link any players unsettled to chelsea.

On one hand we have one of the best GK in the world at only 21 that could potentially serve the club for the next decade, while on the other hand we have a still world class GK that has been a great servant for the last decade. He wouldn't be a terrible 3rd choice, but he is paid the wage of a nailed in first teamer. If he doesn't cost us £18m/year and is on less than £70000/week then it's not a problem. But the reality is that he is the most expensive player in the books at the moment, in terms of what he costs us per year in wages and amortized transfer fee. And I think all of us agree that he's had enough chances, even if there are no transfer fees it would still be alright because surely no one will want to pay his high wage + transfer fee, we just need to get that 18m/year liability of the books . If he takes a wage cut then it is a different story, but will he or won't he? He should, because he is terrible.

I said it was a success a couple of weeks ago when we were still fighting for 2 trophies, and now that we are practically looking at 0 trophies I still say it is a success. I feel nervous for this game like any other big games really. But thats what Chelsea is all about, we are all about the big games in the Champions league quarters, semis and finals. This is where the club is meant to be, not in Europa League. How can people worry about Real at this moment? Yeah they are monsters, but Atletico is the opponent now and it will be a big big game.
