  1. If Benatia is realy open for move (he said something that is happy at bayern, but that could change if he wont be given more play time), I would take him ahead of Otamendi.
  2. People talk here about other teams's talents that they have potentials and are still young etc, but when it comes to Oscar; all its hears is he had 2 years to prove, he didnt do much. Oscar is 23 years old, has quite big potential, so why not just give him time? How many 23 years old play regular football in teams that won their domestic leagues last year? Barca: Neymar Juve: Pogba, Morata Bayern: Alaba, Gotze --- Chelsea: Courtois, Oscar Oscar found himself in quite nice company. Im sure if he was playing for another team, appreciation for him would be similar to players above. But since he is here, no one gives two flying f*ucks about him. Unless offer for 40m comes in, I wouldnt sell him for any price below. Market is overpriced already, no need to sell for less. And we should learn that from KDB.
  3. My two cents on RLC; 1.) if he goes on loan to vitesse, we can forget him. 2.) if Mou converts him into DM, without much freedom, he will become Mikel 2.0. Hopefuly those two things wont happen.
  4. The deal will be completed very soon is being said for whole week now. Just make it done ffs.
  5. IMO if we ever signed him, he should play in middle, between Hazard and Willian. He didnt play on right for quite some time, but in middle, he could be fantastic. Change positions with Hazard, those two simply have to play next to each other for greater efficiency of both. Willian needs to be there to add hard work. Then we could rotate with Oscar. But it wont happen. Neither will Isco or Gotze, while Arda and Sterling ships have probably already sailed. Our best chance of improving attacking trio is that Oscar explodes next year and proves the doubters wrong.
  6. LVG also loved RVP didnt he Obviously Depay has twice as high ceiling and more talent, but that is not all. Probably you got me wrong tho, what I meant is that while Depay will almost surely be the better player and all, there is a chance Wijnaldum will actualy be bigger hit next season, IMO he could have quite an impact for Newcastle, while the transfer isnt realy popular in media.
  7. I saw him in two or three games last year, so I cant make perfect judgement, but he was good. And whenever I read something about him is that people say he was the best psv player not Depay. Btw, didnt he recieve player of year too? Anyway I think he is more developed, more allround player, more mature and with Newcastle he will make perfect step forward. Regular play, less pressure and if good he will move to bigger club. Depay will have to show it straight away at United or he will warm the bench like Shaw.
  8. I said he could be. Depay is not even a guaranteed starter in United atm.
  9. What does that fingerprint mean anyway? It looks out of place and has nothing to do with our club whatsoever. A picture of celery would have more in common than this.
  10. Because we are English club in english league. I would be pissed if we dont have single english player in first team. Actualy dissapointed. Alot of money can buy you almost any player. But you cant buy a story when your youth player becomes captain of senior team, becomes one of best players in his position and decade later retires as one of clubs greatest legends. Terry. That is why I support HG rule. Because it gives me at least a bit of more hope that we will one day develop another ''Terry'' from our academy or somewhere from england. Regarding Sterling, I think things gone way out of hand. He decided not to extend contract, like Lewa at BVB, but could probably play there till contract end. However liverpool and their fans couldnt handle that and gone completly mad, treating Sterling as money grabbing cunt, forcing him into renewal etc. He then decided to leave after seeing the situation. Maybe he is a money grabbing cunt, but if fans and liverpool board responded less agressively, things could be much easier for both sides now.
  11. -----------------CR----------------- -------Reus-James-Bale--------- ----------Kross-Modric----------- Marcelo-Pepe-Ramos-Dani(lo) -------------De Gea--------------- That team , but I think they would still be exposed defensively alot.
  12. Wijnaldum and Mitrovic close to Newcastle. I look forward to see Wijnaldum in PL. Think he could be even better than Depay, such underrated player.
  13. Makes sense. Stoke probably wanted replacement before selling and now that they got Given, nothing else can hold the deal (I assume the fee and Begovic agreement have been settled earlier). Tomorrow we should see the announcement then.
  14. Yes he is better, but if he moves to City (or to some extent Chelsea), he will have alot more pressure on him and wont have time to catch form like he did in pool to develop. If he catches run of poor games (that is normal for someone his age), he will be benched here or at city, while he wouldnt be at Pool. Then who knows what would happen, we have Mou who I believe would do anything to get his 50m investment running, but at city, he could sit on bench for long time. All in all, I would take him here, but for his development he should stay at pool. In just three years he made huge progress there but he didnt outgrow pool yet, thats bullshit. He could be our Lamps, Joe Cole or Swp. At his age, his potential is almost unlimited, but future impossible to predict.
  15. The main reason I would like him here is that he is english and actualy capable of two things; get into first 11 and maybe become world class. Thinking we will soon be wihout any ToP english player makes me sick and for that alone, I would pay 10m more for Sterling or any other similar english player. Problem is that other english players in such range are Kane, who Spurs will never sell to us even for 100m, Ox who Arsenal wont sell to us for less than 50m and Clyne who just moved to pool. Other mentions are Stones who will be expensive as fuck for CB, while Barkley and Ward Prowse have to realy prove themselves first. I rate Sterling 30m for his talent, but add 10m for his english tax and I would go 10m further because we are (will be) desperate for some top english player(s), but not many are around. Not to mention, Hazard is already still young, but Sterling is even 4 years younger. Right now Terry is still here and he gives us that little national spirit in the team. But soon he wont be here and Im sure we all will be sad we dont have Sterling here, even more so if he becomes realy big player. Sterling now, Stones next summer would fix establish next english core for next 10 years and even paying 80m on those two will be nothing if we keep them for nearly decade and they develop properly. Risk is with every young player, while Im not sure young talent is what we realy need for rw right now, I would love more english players who can actualy make it here and see them develop here into top players, like we did with Lamps and terry. And while 40/50m is hella lot of money, we as english club can be happy that there is finaly a brilliant talented english player available to buy. That doesnt happen every year.
  16. Im actualy happy we have some harder games early on. Last season we started brilliantly. Costa being fully fit, as well Oscar. Fabregas play alot better in first half of season. Opponent teams are not yet at full speed. Bring them on.
  17. Wrong next step and he could be the next Lennon/Swp/Zaha.
  18. If Oscar improves next year or at least becomes consistent, it will feel like we got a new player. While many write Oscar off, I think he will surprise next season.
  19. They might get Lukaku...I heard some rumours but not sure if it was all usual Bs or not.
  20. He is quickly becoming most hated player in england, fits Chelsea like a glove.
  21. Barca should know better not to piss Costa off and take Arda away.
  22. I was trying to keep calm about Falcao loan thing, but if that means Remy will leave, I will break something. Remy is (alot) better striker than Falcao now, and certainly better to come from bench to save the day. I dont know what Mou sees in Falcao, bringing him alone was big gamble, but if that leads to letting Remy go, then it is some serious crap I wouldnt expect from the board. Seriously of all positions we need to strenghten, from GK, defense, midfield and wingers, we go and make a striker signing that could potentialy break only perfect backup that we have in Remy. FFS.
  23. I always though Schurrle had that.
  24. Benatia open to leave bayern apparently. Cheeky bid and we would get world class CB.
