We have seen this PR before. Why is this fanbase still falling for this shit lol.
I can’t wait for everyone to wake up and start prioritising getting these owners out.

Don't think the player would be keen to leave top level football. Rumor is some of the Portuguese who went like Ruben Neves are looking for a way back
Our interest in Semenyo seems to be evaluating a good market opportunity. Clear that Gittens is too raw and Garnacho has a lot to improve in his game too

Probably has worked out better for his development also. He got jeered by the Villa fans earlier in the season against Bologna after a tough start and Emery kept playing him through that patch to toughen him up. Looks as if its worked wonders. Also would say Tuchel has put a lot of faith in him with the national team which will have no doubt given him a boost, particularly as his direct competition for that central role is Jude Bellingham (and if you believe the media as well as consider Tuchel’s publicly stated intentions on picking the best team as opposed the best names, he looks to be ahead of him as it stands for the starting 11).
Think this summer will be interesting, even more so after the World Cup. We have been linked but it would also be something that I think the player himself may be wary of because he could have the likes of City, Arsenal, Liverpool also if he continues like this and has a good WC. He will be £100m easy if this form Continues.

He made a smart choice staying with Villa in the summer. Didn't risk changing environment in a WC year
Could see him leaving if Emery leaves the club but otherwise he seems a great fit there, becoming a club talisman and Chelsea don't look like a huge step up right now

Back to place where best night of his career happened.

I don't think it is similar to going for Moyes who was never at a set up like United's before and didn't set up his team anywhere close to how Fergie did. With Maresca there's a lot of similarity to City's shape + Maresca has had experience at a big club now. Would not find the switch a huge jump up like Moyes did.

Not gonna be Chelsea. Could be Italian clubs

For me discussing Maresca sacking is ridiculous on so many levels. You want board that put goals in front of him that he overachieved to sack him? He got expected CL qualification and Conference League but no one was expecting us to win CWC. He did it. Both Maresca and Boehly are saying we are ahead of schedule. So what would be the reasoning for sacking him? It's like your boss in company you work for tells you your goal is to bring 100k this year in income and you bring 250k and then they sack you because you didn't bring 500k? Doesn't make any sense. Some fans have projections we are still under Roman but this is their problem.

Strike reacted to Stats in Newcastle 2-2 Chelsea
Everyone wanted Enzo out the team and we have looked awful without him. He needs to come on at H/T and put James into his natural role. Palmer has been awful and a bloody liability too. He has lost almost every dual and defensively is a weak point as he cannot stand Newcastle's press. Absolute horror performance and really could be a lot worse, the scoreline. We almost start every game away from home like this and Maresca does not know how to address it. Pathetic.
