Had a weird dream last night. Dreamed that Spurs were leading us 1-0 and then De Bruyne scored the equalizer deep into stoppage time.

Our crosses have been absolutely dire since the 09/10 season. If you just go and have look at some our matches then, you can see the vast difference in delivery quality. Tough to judge too much on Cole's crossing when he doesn't always cross the ball. His specialty in crossing is putting in those low crosses. As for Ivanovic, his crosses are absolutely frustrating. He always either take one touch too many or a tad second more before crossing it and the ball will always hit an opposition player and not even getting close to any of our players.

Perfect lineup but Ramires over Lampard for me. Need the former's pace, energy, mobility and workrate in that midfield where Tottenham are gonna cause us problems. And besides, Lampard just returned from injury and likely not to be at 100% or near it.

Not saying he can't be the captain with his jovial and bouncy character but just probably need him to show a bit more maturity first in order to be fully convinced he can be the replacement for Terry.

Have a feeling that the media will not let go the matter still if reports are to be believed that Terry will remain as our club captain. Can probably expect more drama and fireworks from them.

Don't think anyone is accusing Luiz not being a professional here. It's just that his crazy or rather jovial, joker and bouncy character don't really make him the perfect candicate to be the next captain. Think he has to tone it down and be more mature first before even becoming the captain.

Blame the English media, who have constantly hanged our players out dry every single time! Any non-Chelsea players who do bad things and they just sweep it under the carpet.

Nothing wrong with Luiz's extrovert behavior but you would expect a captain of a club to be mature and not being so crazy like Luiz is. It's so much more than just leading a team on the pitch. You're basically representing the club as a whole on and off the pitch when you are the captain. Right now, I don't think Luiz is captain material yet. And with him being a constant joker in the dressing room, there's always a strong possibility that other players may not take him seriously when he's giving orders, barking out instructions on the pitch etc.

Wasn't just talking about Ivanovic or even Kalas. There are still the likes of Hutchinson and Chalobah around. We basically have 4 other options at CB apart from Cahill, Luiz and Terry. And furthermore, we need a striker and possibly another central midfielder more than a centre back right now.

Buck and Gourlay, who both have refused to comment on this issue so far, are gonna appear on TalkSport tomorrow morning, for whatever reason.
