  1. Stick to talking about Paulinho people, not the Serie A and/or Brazilian league.
  2. Mark Lawrenson predicting us to beat Spurs 2-1 on Saturday. Last season, Lawrenson predicted Spurs to beat us at the Bridge and in the FA Cup semi final and we ended up with a 0-0 draw and of course, the 5-1 thrashing of Spurs. He's jinxing us this time around...
  3. Hate people who have mood swings. One minute, they are all happy and friendly to talk to and the next, they suddenly look moody and in a foul mood.

  5. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/news-and-comment/manchester-uniteds-chief-executive-david-gill-named-fa-vicechairman-8217032.html David Gill has been appointed as vice-chairman of FA. Let the conspiracies begin...
  6. Obviously but was talking about the AVB factor.
  7. Anyone remember this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9R8I9g6h78A&feature=youtu.be
  8. At the end of this game, either we will all be happy OR really pissed off OR feeling content with the result. Am hoping it won't be the second one, for obvious reasons.
  9. This is rather farcical. Media making noise about the club keeping quiet about the punishment on Terry. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11668/8175490/Kick-It-Out-criticise-Chelsea-for-keeping-punishment-of-John-Terry-secret
  10. Think he can. Right now, it's only the preference partnership of Luiz & Terry by RDM that is preventing him playing week in week out. Once Terry retires, the space will open up for him.
  11. Not too surprised by his decision. Arguably the best course of action(doesn't mean he's guilty!) and time to move on from this issue. His 4-game ban means he will definitely play against Shakhtar next week.
  12. Can't remember. Would think he will be available for Spurs at the very least should he appeal the ban.
  13. Wasn't singling him out or blaming him. Just judging his performance in isolation.
  14. Looking more and more attainable? Based on what? Just because news broke out that Oscar has been persuading him to come here? Or just because he's learning English? No news/stories whatsoever on we having talks with Santos or actually gonna bid for him etc.
  15. http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/news/terry-deadline-approaches-054419509.html Terry will announce his decision on whether to appeal the 4-game ban today. He has to respond by 6pm UK time. According to The Sun, he will NOT be appealing that 4-game charge on him. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/4594974/John-Terry-appeal-shock.html If so, then the ban will start this Saturday and he will games against Spurs, Man United(twice) and Swansea.
  16. I believed Hodgson used the pitch excuse after the game. And speaking of Gerrard, I laughed reading this.
  17. Could just do it in the 'General Transfer' thread. Then again, talking about Neymar will have a snowball effect...
  18. So, it does work. Was wondering that having seen so many of it already on Twitter. Another post related to toilet?! Goodness me. What on earth is wrong with you??!!
  19. England were so dull to watch last night. Only passed sideways, backwards and lumping the ball forward back to front. And it's rather appalling that they cannot even keep possession for long periods of the game.
  20. Stay on track people. This is Oscar's thread, not Neymar's.
  21. Sanchez being a pest or not, it still doesn't warrant Terry to do what he did. Had we got knocked out by Barcelona back then, would we be sitting here and pretended like nothing happened with Terry? What he did was just plain madness and IIRC, a similar incident also occured in the first leg with Terry and Sanchez but wasn't caught out by the referee then.
  22. Nothing as of yet but I would think they should recover in time for Saturday. Lampard only had a minor knee problem while Bertrand suffered a virus. They SHOULD be alright for this game.
  23. Cole hardly got any protection from Cleverley who played as narrow left sided wide player ahead of him. That said, he did look a bit sluggish. Perhaps that early YC he got early on for time wasting hold him back!
  24. It's just the typical ploy of him trying to get a better contract and wages at City. No way we'll be signing and certainly not for the crazy reported 300k p/w wages. He may be a good player but he's no Messi or Ronaldo and besides, we have a wage structure at the club!
