Mark Lawrenson predicting us to beat Spurs 2-1 on Saturday. Last season, Lawrenson predicted Spurs to beat us at the Bridge and in the FA Cup semi final and we ended up with a 0-0 draw and of course, the 5-1 thrashing of Spurs. He's jinxing us this time around...

Think he can. Right now, it's only the preference partnership of Luiz & Terry by RDM that is preventing him playing week in week out. Once Terry retires, the space will open up for him.

Sanchez being a pest or not, it still doesn't warrant Terry to do what he did. Had we got knocked out by Barcelona back then, would we be sitting here and pretended like nothing happened with Terry? What he did was just plain madness and IIRC, a similar incident also occured in the first leg with Terry and Sanchez but wasn't caught out by the referee then.

Cole hardly got any protection from Cleverley who played as narrow left sided wide player ahead of him. That said, he did look a bit sluggish. Perhaps that early YC he got early on for time wasting hold him back!
