  3. Not saying the rumours are true but let's just say it is, then it could be because of this.
  4. Have the edited the first post after tonight's results and it has affected the lineup for the pots a bit. 1. Braga's win over Udinese puts them straight into the Pot 2. There will be 3 Portuguese teams in the CL this season while there are only 2 Italian teams in Milan and Juventus. 2. With Malaga beating Panathinaikos, it pushes PSG into Pot 3 which is in the same pot as Juventus. 3. Ajax will now be in the Pot 3 as the last spot in Pot 2 will be down to between Dynamo Kiev and Olympiacos.
  5. And BBC seems to have picked up on it too...

  7. Arsenal? You do know we can't face them in the GS right?

  11. While some people here are wishing for really tough opponents, just want to point out 4 of our PL games immediately after the group stage games will be against United, Liverpool, City and Sunderland...
  12. No. We would not. If you look at the just scoreline, then yes but in the context of the game, had Messi scored, we would have been 3-1 down with just 10 men. Barcelona won't be throwing the kitchen sink at us at the end like they did and Torres wouldn't have gotten the chance that he got.
  13. Think Everton have a much better team than Newcastle with a little bit more depth than them too. And if they can challenge for CL spots for whole of last season and nearly got into it, then I don't see why Everton can't do the same. Will be tough but if Everton can be consistent for once throughout the season, then surely they'll be somewhere around Top 5-6 positions.

  16. Not worried about Mata at all. Did find it strange with him yet to register a goal or even an assist but he has played a major in our attacks still. Pretty sure those stats will be up and running soon enough.
  17. Did he? All I remember was QPR hardly had to do anything in the game at all as Chris Foy pretty much helped them got the 3 points. Even then though, I'm sure Azpilicueta can handle that physical challenges. Hazard did it.
  18. An utterly dominant and convincing performance from Atletico Madrid. Athletic Bilbao hardly had a sniff at goal all night. Courtois almost, literally, a spectator in goal really. Bilbao had 65% possession but only 7 shots & none were on target. Atletico had 35% possession but 22 shots with 14 on target. Says it all.
