I would like it if we can get rid of Salah for miralas. That would be a great upgrade.

Yeah but that assumes we are successful every year. Now it's a good thing to have to push up our numbers, but here is when Commercial and stadium are costing us. Thankfully to the new sponsorship you have told us about it should help us a bit more.

Good point. But to me what keeps standing out is this: However, it's important to note that had Chelsea not sold David Luiz, Juan Mata, Kevin De Bruyne and Jeffrey Bruma, Chelsea would've taken a £47m loss. The club earned £65m in profit from player sales (which is not included in the £319m in turnover, by the way), and for what it's worth, the underlying numbers make that loss look quite a bit less scary, especially through the lens of FFP accounting and UEFA's break-even calculation. This why it baffles me that people think we can afford Messi....if we didn't sell those players we would barely make it with FFP.

Men your something. How can you continue to put false hope up like this? If anything is a tell it's the finance. The swissramble.blogspot.com is out on the Chelsea account and you know what was telling? That had we not sold the players we did Chelsea would have made a 40 million loss. We are in no position to undertake such a spenditure when we are just still trying to make ends meet here.

City is getting him for 25 million. To be fair that ain't that bad price for a good striker, but I agree with you we need to spend the cash in other positions that are lacking.

Manchester City agree £25m deal to sign Wilfried Bony from Swansea http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/jan/11/anchester-city-agree-fee-sign-wilfried-bony-swansea-city If you want to believe that guy suit yourself, but I rather believe the guardian.....

Amazing loan for him and now we get some money from him this summer! :blue scalf:

Manchester City have agreed a fee of £25m rising to £28m with Swansea City for the striker Wilfried Bony, who is set to sign a 4½-year deal worth £100,000 a week. Bony’s recruitment means Manuel Pellegrini will have to drop one of his 16 allocated overseas players from City’s Champions League squad.

Men if Koeman gets the Saints into the CL he deserves coach of the year!

CHELSEA have trained their sights on a surprise move for Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus. http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/551307/Chelsea-Transfer-News-Reus-Fabregas-Messi-Varane

The entire season? Especially in pl with Christmas fixtures and all that? I remember saf was very creative and changed up players here and there. It help a lot his team.

And I saw cahill kicking a Tottenham player and not get banned. So there is no campaign against Chelsea. Is just mourinho usual nonsense of deflecting from the truth. A. Our defense is our weakest link B. Our lack of rotation is costing us. So it seems mourinho has finally noticed that our defense is our weakest link. Just only took a beating from tottenham to figure that out..... Now is zouma our answer? I don't know, but if he's not good enough then let's buy a new cb and put cahill as a sub. But if we are not going to buy a cb I rather gamble more on zouma then cahill as he's younger and might have a lot of potential.

Regardless of this I know which club will benefit the most, NYCFC. Because he will come in top form and that will be amazing for the team. So as sad it's for a Chelsea fan I will enjoy it when I see him in the MLS. Especially when NY takes on Steven Gerrard Galaxy in the summer!
-
Took half a season for him to realize but right on time.
-
Didn't you said that if mourinho starts zouma over cahill you will put pictures of yourself in bikinis? ?
-
This is nothing but tap dancing from both parties now.

Cuadrado might be best if we want to use him for the CL, as he's with Fiore. So if the reports are true, a big if since that's big money for Schurrle then Cuadrado would be best option at these moments.

Facing the media in place of absent manager Jose Mourinho, Holland said on Friday: "Jose has made it quite clear that in this window his expectation is that nobody comes and nobody goes. "I recall him this time last year saying a similar thing, but a couple of things happened that made us reactive. Manchester United made a huge bid for Juan Mata. Sometimes you have to react. "But the hope and expectation is that nobody leaves and nobody comes. We're happy with what we have. "This club conforms with financial fair play - we've brought one or two players in over the last 12 months but it's quite clear that players have been sold to balance the books. "When you look at the numbers being mentioned around the Messi deal, I think it's almost an impossible deal for any club working within the restraints of financial fair play." -------------- In short, party is over and get your heads out of your arse. Messi deal is impossible!

I agree the way of taking actions is very horrible. For example cahill didn't get any ban for the kick against the tottenham player. If there was a campaign against Chelsea he would have gotten a 5 match ban. What is here is lack of consistency from the FA. They don't do a great job.
-
What happened with lamps? That we didn't offer him a new contract or we did?
-
-
Who cares about personality. Have we not learned about Torres by now? If they are total jerks but good players then that is enough.
-
Well it was warranted, so nothing of no surprise.I think the FA should be even be more strict and fine and ban any manager that talks nonsense about the ref. The problem is that they are not decisive at times on enforcement strict measures.

Lol I remember that when he said it to del bosque. And people thought he was just messing around.
