3 years is more then enough. Why do we need to keep a manager for 5 to 10 years around? Just doesn't make sense to me in this modern world. If you are going that route, you need to give that man all control like SAF and Wenger have. Mourinho doesn't have that, and no one will ever be. So in our predicament, you come do your cylce and then move on.

Chelsea's Jose Mourinho cleared by FA over Eva Carneiro 'abuse' claim http://espnfc.com/chelsea/story/2639957/chelsea-boss-jose-mourinho-cleared-by-fa-over-carneiro-abuse -via ESPN FC http://es.pn/fcapp ......... Well if the FA really has an agenda against Chelsea they would not do this. But of course the ridiculous people here that talk up a conspiracy theory will not take this into consideration......

He probably gets benched for one game and then back to the lineup again. Happened against the Israeli team and then he was back against Arsenal. Don't understand, especially when Mourinho is supposed to be ruthless.
-
To those that defend Mourinho like Tomo and all those guys, can you explain to me why he keeps choosing Ivanovic? I thought he was ruthless?
-
Respect? And before? Actually I thought we was improving with Benitez. The fact was that many people did not want to acknowledge that because they don't like him. There was some buzz at the end of the season, that all we just needed was a couple of changes. Fast forward to today, we lost a lot of that buzz just so that we can say we have a "positive net spend" when teams like City don't care much about that. Especially with FFP being relaxed. And last, respect you earn it. When you act the way Mourinho does it's very hard to earn respect. Carlo, RDM, Hiddink and such where men of respect. This guy nothing!

Only possible because of Roman's money. So it doesn't mean much to me, it just means that as long as we got a competent manager and a good squad we can do good. We had an amazing squad and did great at the beginning. Now our squad ain't that great and the "greatest manager in history of the club" just looks average like most managers. So if that's the case, then why bother with him anymore? He is not good for attacking style, not good for youth and controversial. If he needs a good squad, then so does most manager. Let's give the good squad to someone who ticks all the boxes and not waste our time anymore with this guy.
-
Not even bother anymore. Mourinho is like a stubborn mule. He sees the problem, complains about it but yet does the same thing again. If I want to have a crap season I rather do it with a manager that is not as problematic as him. We had the same problems with Carlo but we end up finishing second at the end. More then likely same scenario happens here, but we got a fool instead of a gentleman come end of the season.

As confused about people freaking out about our start of the season. There's so much games and time to go. We have not even made it to December to see how this go. As that's the first barometer. And kdb is good player. Just that they will need to find a balance to that team.
-
Don't think City was to be feared from the beginning. It's more of United for me. Been saying it for a while but people don't pay attention. You cannot take City too serious till they prove it otherwise. Year after year fail at the CL. And in the PL they always have too much inconsistency. The two times they won it because they was the least of the bunch that was worst. At the last game..... So again until City proves it a full season that they are the real deal, never take them serious. Kinda like Arsenal. It will continue to be us and United, because regardless of the last two season they still have that winning mentality and big club appeal.
-
Got to be honest, he is good forward up. But not good to bring balance. And that's the thing, with Aguero, Sterling and KDB you get non of that. Kinda like what we had with Mata, Hazard and Oscar. Left ourselves open too many times. Let's see if they realize the problem and see what they do to configure this problem.
-
Not surprised. Said it from the beginning you can't take city serious. People going nuts over them are ridiculous since they never learn. City won the last two times with the bare minimum. Not a team to fear till they prove otherwise in a full season.
-
Yeah and he will be a good fit for them. Guess Liverpool finally getting a top manager and will be a contender in two or three years.

Well that's the way it is if you don't want to see it. Like I said when we had managers like Carlo, he would never get banned or fined like Mourinho. Your reputation proceeds you. http://www.espnfc.us/barclays-premier-league/23/blog/post/2626763/diego-costa-case-reveals-football-needs-video-evidence-rules
-
Hey it's stupid but it's the truth. A player like Lampard could have gotten away with a reckless challenge because of his reputation. A player like Costa everyone would be calling for his head. It's wrong, but that's the way it is.
-
Well that's usually the way it is. Sadly but it's the truth. I remember Cahill diving last season but not a big fuss was made about it, because he normally doesn't do it.
-
Someone mentioned how it's mainly because of repetitive offenses, which is the case. See take a look at Carlo and Mourinho. Mourinho will get the book thrown because of he is, Carlo will not because how is. Likewise Lampard and Diego. Diego will get the book thrown at because of he is, and Lampard will not. So it's not BS, it has to do with their reputation. As long as we got players like Diego and manager like Mourinho we will continue to get that. Wasn't like that when we had Carlo.

Totally deserved it for me. So I'm not surprised.

Around the world in 80 days with Jackie Chan.
-
Hehe Claude like me. Don't care about ref decision. Don't bother my time with all that conspiracy theory and inconsistencies. Matter most is the way we are playing in the field.
-
Don't understand the whole cheat thing that he stated against Costa. That is so bizarre.
-
Yeah close enough!
-
Anyone has any videos with Clyde? If he made one for this game.
-
I'm not complaining. Totally deserved it.
-
Yeah pretty much, and it is why I would want him gone at the end of the season despite recovering. Because I believe we will recover. But also said that if the board are okay with that style then from now on and support him like Arsenal does for Wenger then good for them.
