  1. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2307500/Jose-Mourinho-gives-Mexican-fan-Abel-Rodriguez-job-Real-Madrid-backroom-staff-finding-sitting-snow-outside-training-ground.html What a nice thing to do by Mourinho.
  2. Also, Bale injured... Would have been the perfect time to play them, why couldn't the FA Cup semis be next weekend.
  3. Yes, it sure was. Watching both the Masters and the UEL here, nice to have two monitors on my PC.
  4. Ahh, Wembley again. Good times.
  5. Shocking defending from Spurs.
  6. You do realize we're losing the match, not drawing?
  7. Where was Terry for their second goal?
  8. Azpilicueta has been great today.
  9. That was close, nice save by Cech.
  10. Oh come on, you'd still hit that and you know it.
  11. Rubin are hardly a pub team. Even so, I prefer a Torres who scores against the lesser sides than a Torres who doesn't score at all.
  12. Nice to see Lamps playing at CAM, he pretty much occupies that position anyway when playing in the pivot so now he can do his magic without having to worry about defending. Number 201 today?
  13. What the fuck was their keeper doing? Great finish by Torres.
  14. Great to see Ake starting, couldn't watch his full debut against Middlesbrough but I heard he was good that day.
  15. Sure, and if my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle. I was talking about the couple extra games not being a problem as far as their tiredness and recovery is concerned, injuries are something no one can predict. And even if there wasn't a match, who's to say someone important doesn't break his leg in training or just by walking down the street? Why do some people always see the negative side of things?
  16. Messi, you dirty little bastard. I know you're anxious to play but where are your manners, masturbating on the bench like that! edit: @BluesMaster
  17. Makes perfect sense to field a strong team in the first leg and fight hard to get the advantage and then throw the tie in the second leg by playing the U19 team. I honestly can't understand why some people are so much against the idea of progressing in the Europa League. Going all the way would only mean three additional matches and that's nothing compared to the amount of games our lads have already played so far this season. They are professional players who have one of the best medical teams at their disposal to ensure they recover from matches as fast as possible so three additional games shouldn't really be a problem. Reaching at least one cup final would most definitely give the players the momentum to go on and maybe do better in the league as well, that's way more important than resting them for a match or two by being knocked out of the tournament. Even though it's not quite at the level of the Champions League, the Europa League is still a great competition. We as a club are not yet that big to be overlooking the Europa League, especially given our form in the PL for the last couple of years. Some of our newer players are not that used to winning things in their careers either so they should be looking to do as well as possible in every available competition to get valuable experience of playing in big cup finals and so on.
  18. Is he really turning 12 already?
  19. Lewandowski only has a year left on his contract, making him much cheaper this summer than some of the other 'golden strikers'. He has many times spoken of his dream to one day play in the Premier League so he must at least be thinking of leaving, why else would he not have signed the extension by now? If we're to buy a striker in the summer and ignore Lukaku's massive development over the season, Lewandowski would probably be my pick. He's definitely one of the best available strikers out there this summer but he'd go for a much cheaper price and in my opinion would suit our squad better than someone like Falcao. Lewandowski's link-up play is much better, having played with the likes of Götze, Reus etc. under Jürgen Klopp whose team is playing much like our's should.
  20. #Justice4Stingray First time I ever used one of those moronic hashtags but now there's a good reason for it.
  21. Two wrongs don't make a right, if anything it's just further proof that those officials should never ever show their faces in European football again. Also Malaga got the very short end of the stick here. Thanks to the away goal they were still going to qualify even if their offside had been ruled out and they could have fought to keep it at 1-1 or maybe even score another away goal to make up for the disallowed one but now Dortmund were given the goal despite their players being offside multiple times and right at the end of the match. The ref blew the whistle immediately when play was continued after the winning goal despite BVB players celebrating their goal for nearly two minutes. Wasn't exactly rooting for either team but have to feel for Malaga now, that's no way to lose a football match. A fucking disgrace if you ask me.
  22. The linesman bottled it big time, how could he not have seen those offsides? Ffs, first there were four Dortmund players offside and Santana the goalscorer was offside a few seconds later too. I believe the linesman just didn't have the balls to rule out a goal so late in the game in front of the passionate BVB fans, officials like that have absolutely no place in matches of this calibre.
