  1. Who do people say he had at Porto?
  2. Just watching news and latest word is that the murder was intentional. He got out of bed, put on his prosthesis, walked 7 metres and shot her through the bathroom door 4 times. He claimed to have thought that his girlfriend was in bed next to him, which isn't very believable.
  3. @Rmpr @ and other Brazilians - Have you heard about the news that Apple won't be able to market the iPhone as 'iPhone' anymore in Brazil? Here's the link to the article. Instead you have some company called 'Gradiente' who registered the name way back in 2000 and they have successfully sued Apple. Can you keep me posted on how Apple will start branding their phones from now on?
  4. Ah, yeah, I see how that can come off as racist Think he meant it in a jokingly positive way though. Anyway, let's put this matter to bed.
  5. I didn't deny that. Now that you used the word "often" instead of "always" it is factually true. The pedant inside me is satisfied now.
  6. Of course he likes the FA Cup, who wouldn't like inflating their stats numbers against shit teams? The easiest way to increase your stock value.
  7. @, stop being so touchy. Racist this racist that. I know it's popular to stir controversy with racial matters but just chill out ffs. In the Torres thread I used phrases like "white pansies" and "white trash", why didn't you attack me there? Because I was making fun of my own race? Actually I was making the exact same point, that we need more black players. Nobody said a word instead I got a load of likes. Had I used the word "black" instead of "white", I would have been banned by now probably.
  8. That's quite a generalization. For example his last goal was to make it 3-0, it didn't change the game. You'd be better off using the word "often" instead of "always".
  9. Those 2 I find hard to believe.
  10. Probably not. As much as I've seen it's just some tune to which people dance randomly. Pretty stupid actually. Here's an example though of what you will find: But as you can see, I now have the first Chelsea themed avatar ever! What do you think? Rate the bastard. :tophat:
  11. He doesn't have any assists? Interesting. And his passing percentage is overshadowed only by Torres? Worrying.
  12. Good video with probably the best footage around, but I wish you'd kept the original audio, at least in the beginning where you're just walking around and we can't hear anything other than some random music instead of people singing and whatnot. Had to turn my speakers down because imo the music was awful and not suitable, but that's a matter of taste.
  13. Tbh Terry has been written off practically every season for the last 3-4 years and he's always come back strong. It remains to be seen how he reacts this time around. If Mourinho comes back, I believe he will flourish again.
  14. I love how he always smiles when talking about the record. You can see he tries to stay serious and professional, but he can't help himself to a smile or two thinking about that. It would obviously make him very happy. I also love his hair. Best hair ever.
  15. Lmao, I feel sorry for you for still having hope in the useless one. With him we would've gone to ET or barely won 1-0.
  16. Now I gotta ask - why couldn't we do it first time around? Completely pointless replay to be honest, but at least we're through.
  17. Should have had a hattrick to be fair, would only be 1 behind now. All of his chances were classic Lampard moments though, including the one he scored.
  18. I agree with the above. I doubt there is some conspiracy going on, Terry simply isn't as good anymore as he used to be. I don't fault him for that, he has put his body through hell to squeeze the most out of his prime, it's only logical he can't keep doing so for too long. If a manager talks to him, criticizes him, whoever the manager may be, he simply cannot talk back. I actually think Rafa might have been right if and whatever he said, enough of massaging their egos. Rafa may be a wanker and whatnot, but I genuinely don't believe that he's dumb enough to criticize a player if he didn't deserve it. To be honest at the moment all of them deserve critics and I hope Benitez isn't holding back.
  19. Seeing Luiz (in midfield), Moses and Ba starting makes me much more confident.
  20. Maybe I'm neither, not right or wrong? Maybe you know nothing and everything at the same time? What is nothing and everything? Who were behind 9/11 attacks? Is the real Paul McCartney dead? Where is Waldo?
  21. It doesn't make a difference on any grand scheme. In fact if we went further with this idea there is no point in life on Earth either, the universe will keep doing whatever it is doing and there is nothing we can say or do that will make a difference in that process. It's a fact that you can't bring somebody back from dead, but knowing why you can't bring somebody back, helps bring some relief and closure. It won't take away anger and misery, but it will make a difference. Why do people want to find the bodies of their loved ones who are missing but are confirmed dead, even though it won't make a damndest difference? To have proper burial for closure and to respect the memory. Knowledge is the only real power people have, obtaining it, maintaining it, dwelling on it is what conscious life is all about - the power to gain and process thoughts, emotions and knowledge. If you are content with doing and learning nothing because "it won't make a difference", then you aren't doing what is human. This is what enables human beings determine their own fates, instead of being passive bystanders to processes of nature like lifeless objects whose fates were determined the moment they came to be.
  22. It does matter. A just punishment is extremely important for the victim's family, and it matters greatly whether she was killed intentionally or by accident. And if intentionally, then why? The victim's closest ones simply need to know for closure. The guy who killed my best friend answered most important questions with "I don't know, I don't remember, I don't I don't bla bla" in court... fucking wanker, just admit what and why you did. No real motive was established in the end, he was simply thrown into the bin leaving his family wondering wtf went down. Piece of shit.
