Hahaha you'll never guess what the Daily Star has reported..... CHELSEA have been told to cough up £30m if they want to sign Corinthians striker Paolo Guerrero next month. The Blues have opened talks to sign the 28-year-old Peruvian, who scored the winner against them in the Club World Cup final. But his Brazilian club insist he will not come cheap – with Atletico Madrid, Juventus and Fiorentina also in the running. Guerrero only cost Corinthians £3m when he joined them from Hamburg in July after an unspectacular spell at Bayern Munich. But his asking price has skyrocketed after he crowned a big season in Brazil with his heroics against Chelsea in Japan. Chelsea’s first signing of the January window could be French goalkeeper Mickael Landreau, who is a free agent after leaving Lille earlier this month. Landreau is a friend of Blues goalkeepingcoach Christophe Lollichon and has been offered a six-month contract by the club. French clubs Nancy, Evian and Bastia are also interested in the 33-year-old, who is close to breaking the all-time record for games played in the French League. http://www.dailystar.co.uk/football/view/289141/Chelsea-told-to-cough-up-30m-for-Paolo-Guerrero/ Not even joking if this is true then its beyond a joke, what fuckwit is running the transfers. Rafa? Roman? Elemano?

Saville needs to go on loan, hes nowhere near ready for a place in the 25 squad. If anyone should get it, it has to be Josh or Islam Feruz, (who is awesome) even though I see Feruz and Josh both getting loan deals again and rightly so. Or Piazon.
-
Resign Raul on loan since hes banned for 11 games in Turkey?
-
Prefer Isco if anybody from Malaga. Heard Camacho is a decent player but I'm sure there are other DMs out there for such a price Malaga would want, who are better.
-
What like this guy? Hahaha
-
CM should be top of the list, Meireles and Essien weren't replaced in the summer! I suppose need a DM too now because of Oriols injury too. Oh the joys of injuries, meaning we need to buy more players that probably won't play after Oriols back... lol
-
Maybe there should be a bellend of the month award because you'd win it. Anyway I'm done with arguing over a laptop, time to get back on topic and not ruin this thread.
-
You proved my point wrong? How? Because you said that going by what I said about Mikel that Kalou is world class? Yeah ok mate. I posted stats of Mikel compared to Fellaini, Sandro, Barry and Tiote in some thread a while ago (either Fellaini or Mikel thread, or possibly a match thread after people f criticized Mikel) and Mikel trumped Tiote in nearly every stat. Go check them out if you can find them. Also I was going to edit my post but I don't see the point as you think your 100% right. Your a arrogant cunt who thinks he knows everything. You constantly disagree with everything that SeB, Zoyales and recently what I have said just because you think your right. There are members on here who have a greater footballing knowledge than you mate, get a grip and get over yourself. Also your signature is pathetic, SeB has an opinion and he explains it well but you still don't like that...
-
Thanks mate, to be honest I don't really give a fuck what you think anyway. Your probably the least liked member on the forum, I see why.
-
Yeah mate thats right, Kalou and Mikel are shit where as Tiote is the best MF in the PL.... Pfft as if.
-
You're clearly the retard if you reckon your opinion on Mikel is more realistic and valuable than that of Jose Mourinhos', Avram Grants', Carlo Ancelotti's, Phil Scolari's, AVB's, RDM's and Rafa Benitez's since he arrived at the club. If any of those managers rated your beloved Tiote more than Mikel they would have fucking signed him by now. If Mourinho/the club didn't rate Mikel in the first place and expect him to turn into the player he is why did they sign him? Your such a moron. Where did I say Mikel is the best DM in the world btw you utter cock?
-
Tiote is nothing like Makelele or Essien... why do people make such comparisons...?
-
Would be a great number 2, better than Turnshit and oldman Hilario!
-
Lampard was not great today. He was ill disciplined and doing his usual, pushing up the whole time exposing the space in front of the back four. Don't see why the wankfest over Lampard tonight, he wasn't as good as everyone makes out. De Bruyne needs more time to become adept as a CM and Josh still needs 2-3 years worth of regular football or something like that. Pjanic fits the bill. Experienced in CM, wouldn't think it either supposing hes only 22 or 23. Can play the deep midfield role next to a defensive player. Imagine Pjanic and Mikel in the pivot, would be excellent.

JUST DO IT ALREADY ROMAN DO ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTT SPLASH THE CASH ON HIM DO ITTTTTTTT!
-
Like fighting and all that sort of shit I'd imagine. Leeds fans are mutants anyway, its a well known fact. Hope we smash them at least 3-0.
-
Good article SeB, obviously I had a read earlier just thought I'd comment on it now as I was back home. Hopefully this will make people see some of the cons about signing Felliaini as well as the pluses compared to certain players we have, well Rami and Mikel. Still against him signing, especially for 30 million.
-
I'd actually say thats quite accurate tbh.
-
Honestly stop being a cock and just shut up. You're arguing against everything I say for the sakes of it. I don't know if you watched Chelsea in 2004-05 and 2005-06 but Robben and Duff did a lot of hard work defensively. Spike said it a few pages back that Robben was very different back in the day and he was, at Real he seemed to stay up the pitch rather than come back and then from there he didn't defend as often.
-
I was on about the roles, I know the quality of both pairs isn't the same. Robben and Duffs defensive work back in the days is also extremely underrated I see. Mourinhos teams were always defending as a unit, Inter defended deep as a unit, Chelsea did, Porto did and the only team really that hasn't is really his Real Madrid side. Just because certain players weren't groomed in tracking back and defensive work, doesn't mean they should have to avoid it, if your two wingers aren't tracking back that gives the opposition a whole load of space to expose as the full back has two players to deal with. He can either go with their full back if he overlaps or go to the player with the ball to prevent a cross/dribble to cut inside or ultimately stand still like a spare prick allowing one of them things I just said to happen.
-
I never said they would ever be as good but that they have the same fucking roles! Which they do basically. If you try and deny that you're crazy. Mikel was signed to be groomed to replace Maka imo and Ramires probably signed to be groomed to be a replacement for Essien too imo due to their similar physical and technical attributes. There are differences in quality but they are in the team to effectively do the same roles. I think you totally misunderstood what I wrote...
-
Ramires and Mikel should effectively balance the team then because they play the same roles as Essien and Makalele. Ramires in Essiens role (box to box) and Mikel in Maka's role (defensive mid). You have to defend as a unit, the whole team, whether thats everyone behind the ball, pressing the other team to try and force them back and win the ball back or whatever.
-
Two new strikers and a CM = good January! Also on Anderson, Fergie tried turning him into a box to box midfielder I think rather than the attacking midfielder he was before, basically restricted him and he got injured a lot. Can be blamed on poor use of the player and maybe unluckiness too. Think it won't be long before Pogba ends up back in the PL, can see someone eventually wanting him whether its United, City, us (linked with him last January actually), Arseholes or Spuds. Just depends on whether Juve dry up like Milan/Inter in recent years.
-
I still can't believe how much Fergie fucked up Anderson, he could have been such a good player compared to what he is now. Hes now average because Fergie restricted him really. Also look at Paul Pogba at Juventus now, hes excelling, Fergie wouldn't give him a look in to try and nurture his talent because he thought Darren "shit and extremely overrated" Fletcher and Tom "Englands Cesc Fabergas ROFL at Roy Hodgsons comparison" Cleverely were better options in his opinion at CM, especially in a team needing a physical presence in midfield too, I mean honestly what the fuck. Nani should have been a bit better but hes become a greedy bastard and has attitude issues.
-
Our fullbacks were horribly exposed under AVB due to no tracking back from either Juan or Danny. This was well documented last season! His finishing isn't great compared to a few strikers as he fails to score relatively easy chances. He put harder chances away and then fluffed easier ones. Yes its just a rumor but one I've read several times so surely they must be repeating that for a reason no, surely he must have some sort of attitude problem? Surely their must be some sort of source or hard facts behind it!
