We should instill a manager with a plan and a philosophy that will gradually take effect but improve over the coming seasons. Jurgen Klopp at Borussia Dortmund is a prime example. When he took over at Dortmund, they were an average side, he completey reshaped the squad since 2008 (when he went there I think) built up the squad quality and depth etc then built up a playing style and its got better and better. Also Pep at Barca, even though they were capable he reshaped the squad, changed their philosophy and they got better and better. We need someone like this to achieve long term success, well in my opinion anyway. AVB should have been that manager still, think if he had time and money to take in HIS TARGETS and not Elemano or whats his faces. A team with a spine of players AVB actually wanted, Mata, Falcao, Moutinho, De Bruyne, Romeu, Courtois, would have worked I think.
