Need some help. Bought some creatine powder and on the back it says mix with water or fruit juice, I take its fruit juice as in 100% pure fruit juice like orange, apple or cranberry juice and not like say diluting juice like Robinsons yeah? Any help would be appreciated. Also if anyones takes it with anything else to make it taste a bit better that they could share would appreciate it.

I get what you mean but still you don't want an over-aggressive player in the holding MF player as its easier to pick up bookings and give away needless fouls. Luiz still imo doesn't read the game as well as he could, still dives in when if he could read the situation, he'd probably not give a foul away or whatever. Still good to have him back, his distribution from CB/DM is impressive. Gives us more options and means we are able to rest Mikel/Lampard/Ramires more frequently.
