Yep, good point Sh0n3x. He has a great run of matches to play in. He's already screwed himself once by getting sent off against Swansea and hence missing the Bolton, Everton and QPR matches. Before that sending off, he was looking as if he was gradually finding some good form. After the sending off... his performances have gotten worse and worse and he is now at an even lower level than last season. I honestly don't think he will ever get back to the brilliance that he was in the 08/09 season because of the injuries he has suffered. But he is still capable of becoming a solid 15-18 goals a season striker. He has shown glimpses that he still is able to produce some decent level of ball-control and finishing (the goal against Swansea, the goal against Utd as well as that run against Utd where he took 3 players on and produced a superb save). I think it is purely his attitude that is holding him back. The "lack of service" excuse has gotten old. The Torres of Liverpool was able to produce things out of nothing. Yes, Liverpool were tailor-made to his strengths by providing him with fast balls, but a lot of it was down to his pace, ball-control and movement. He needs to put his head down and work his ass off for the next month to find some form and prove to everyone that he is not a flop.
