They don't do what they're supposed to which is score regularly. Drogba is a legend, but he can only perform in the "bigger" games now. That's useless in my eyes. What about in the rest of the 80% of matches? And please, don't even get me started on Torres. A few goals against Leicester and Villa and he's suddenly amazing in some people's minds? Yes he contributes with work rate and assists but that's not his fucking job. He's still a total flop. Until he scores regularly that won't change. If someone offers 20m for him we should bite their hand off and get rid. How can anyone rely on these two strikers? One can't perform anymore due to his age and the other can't score because of lack of confidence & his style of play. We need people who can contribute week-in-week-out in the jobs that they have to do. I don't mean they're useless in every single way, but they are strikers whose duty is to score regularly and neither can do that anymore.

This is kind of insane. Why are we talking about selling Ramires when these players are still at the club: Turnbull, Ferriera, Bosingwa, Essien, Kalou, Malouda, Torres, Drogba. Every single one of these players should be sold before Ramires. They offer next to nothing. All of them are useless. Add to that list, JT, Lampard and Cole as those who don't do much anymore (JT does but he has 12 months max) apart from the odd game but will probably end their careers here. Sorry but I don't agree with this at all.

Agree with that but I meant generally throughout the season. Torres and drogba have been useless as "strikers" this season if you think about the overall picture. But he should be used as a substitute now and then because we could use his pace against tired defenders.

He's 34!!! It's not as if he's 25. And we did offer him a 1 year extension. There is absolutely no way in hell that we should consider giving him a 2 year deal. If he wants to leave then let him. Time to move on unfortunately

Definitely deserved to have played as the central striker more. The support the fans/club have shown to Torres is ridiculous considering the return he's produced in terms of goals. DD still a beast on his day but those days come very rarely nowadays due to his age. It's very unfair that Sturridge has only played one game in the CF role, especially considering all our other attackers bar Mata have been dogshite. I'm not a fan of his attitude. He needs to grow up but I can understand his frustration. I also understand that Kalou is the better team player and that justifies his starts but why does Sturridge not even get substitute appearances anymore? RDM clearly has no faith and can't be arsed to deal with him. I'm just worried that we'll sell him to a rival. Arsenal, Utd and Liverpool will all be happy to sign him if he's on the market. Hope he goes somewhere else. Rather he go to Spurs/Newcastle.

No way are they ready. Lukaku yes should be played more. But feruz, Piazon and Kane are not ready at all. They need minimum of 18 months more at youth level.

I don't think it fully crossed the line. It looks like it did but you also have to consider the angle and the fact that the ball is off the ground. So you can't really draw a black line and because the ball doesn't appear to be "touching" the drawn line, conclude that it's fully over. To me, it looks as if it's still marginally on the line. One or two cms maybe. But the way the media are acting is just sickening. It was nowhere near conclusive and that goal made is 2-0, not 2-1 or 1-0 AND we won 5-1 in the end. So FUCK OFF.

Agreed. Even one creative midfielder would make such a difference. Someone who he could play off, who was on the same wavelength as him etc. Instead he has to deal with the likes of Kalou and co. Our midfielders and strikers aren't able to "support" him at all.

David Silva is still the better overall player right now, but look at how disastrous his form has been these last 4 months or so. Terrible. And our tired Juan still manages to churn out decent to good performances and contribute in either goals/assists.

You're right but personally it would be more comforting to see him to that in the PL to be honest, after the De Gea debacle (he's alright now but he was atrocious in his first 4-5 months) and like Ollie said if he does go there they'll be under more pressure than Atletico have been so would be a better test
