It's only racist if it portrays a stereotpye or implies racial superiority. It's insensitive but not racist. A lot of the time people mix up prejudiced and racist.

We should start a club.

Yeah, just use the denomyn. It's the safest, I think. The word native (in my country at least) has a lot of connections to Brtish colonialism and what's happened since. You should here how most Aussie's speak in everyday language. There is a reason we have a reputaion for being "dumb, drunk and racist". We are very casual about it, it's not the KKK or Neo Nazis or anything like that. People just say really ignorant and racist things all the time, myself included. My friend who is Indigenous Australian with European heritage also has stated many times before that he hate those "black cunts". It's an almost ironic hypocrisy.

No it can be quite racist to refer to someone as a native.
-
Haha, the word "native" can have a lot of negative connotations in English.

A couple of wars, a couple of ethnic cleansing attempts, terrorism...all that fun stuff. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yugoslav_wars

I've been thinling about it lately...Would Mourinho returning be a good thing? He loves the physical and dominating tactics with players like Khedira, Makélelé, Essien, Mikel being important. Whereas CFC are seemingly trying to move away from that ethos and implementing a more technical and fleet footed style. Wouldn't it be counter productive to bring in a manager whose entire philosophy is at ends with the players that are being signed?

I can think of several things that'd cheer me up more...but I guess those are "unrealistic" or "illegal". Whatever that means.

Haha, thanks everyone. I wasn't too confident when the nominations were being given out, I was sure that Muzchap or the Only place to be were going to win. Hopefully I don't get too used to the golden handle.

I will be third person to say that he is a product of the Valancia Mestalla.

Baines is one of my favourite English players at the moment. He would make a good Three Lions skipper for a number of reasons: 1. He doesn't fuck up in his personal life. 2. He doesn't fuck up on the pitch. 3. He doesn't fuck up on the training ground or at his club. 4. He is consummate professional. 5. He might actually bring good p/r to England. But saying that he probably wouldn't want to be the skipper of England.

Australia Day.

What the hell is breakfast?

What's the Aussie part supposed to mean?!

I blame the back injuries that occurred during the 10/11 season for Higuaín's loss of ability. But he isn't injury prone at all and routinely makes around 40 appearances all season and last year hit a high of 54 appearances. Not too shabby if I do say so myself.

I've given up drinking (it was really starting to fuck me up, I'm only 18 but the tell tale signs of alcoholism were showing) so now I find that I'm home most of the time, on the computer.

If Isco comes in I want Marin out also. I think Isco is much more talented. The only thing I've seen from Marin is that he knows how to beat Fullbacks and Centrebacks. His decision making hasn't impressed thus far.

http://www.sbnation.com/we-kick-balls/2012/10/10/3484688/balkan-super-league-possibly-on-tap-for-2015 That could do wonders for international relations or the complete opposite. @Sh0n3x, would you like to your beloved Partizan play against teams like Dynamo Zagreb a couple of times a year? Most Australian competitions like Rugby and Football have New Zealand teams amongst it all and it makes the game richer.

It was such a bad pun my eyes starting hurting... I stopped drinking for my News Year's Resolution because I'm was starting to get mouth and stomach ulcers. They are quite painful.

You no have no idea how much that annoys me.

MY EYES! THEY GOOGLES DO NOTHING!

I made a statement similar to this, once. A couple of members attacked me for it...

I do not believe buying is necessary. Tomas Kalas who is loaned at Vitesse is ready for Chelsea I believe. He has been their best player for the last season and a half.
