  1. Strike. He deserves it more than everyone else.
  2. Ramires is also running around for 90 minutes. Does that make him a leader? Nope. Schweinsteiger doesn't have a clue how to motivate and lead his team. It still baffles me, tbh, how Bayern won the CL with Lahm and Schweinsteiger as their main leaders...
  3. Our board must feel pissed about the FA's decision to make this "official" before the club did... wish Chelsea would sue them.
  4. Jeez, I just went through the last 10 pages or so... well, as expected, nothing interesting and just the usual BS. For everyone's sake, calm your tits lads. Repeating the same stuff again and again isn't gonna help anyone.
  5. Playing football in the city he loves or leaving Rome to avoid a woman in that same town? I think he knows what matters more.
  6. You all know this transfer will never happen? He's a Roman through and through. He bleeds their colours.
  7. For 3 reasons. 1) First of all, we absolutely need to fix our midfield problems (might be the 1209091230912nd I'm mentioning this time since I joined this forum). Every other problem is secondary; bringing in players for depth reasons instead of fixing problems of our first 11 would blatantly ridiculous and beyond any logic. 2) His versatility is an absolute joke. Why people are making him out to be a very versatile player is something I'll never understand. He's lost on the right side as he can't deliver a cross to save his life and cutting inside (like he does when he's being played on the left side) is no option because his left foot is non-existent. To be able to play as a lone striker he'd need to bulk up and learn how to keep the ball with his back to the goal which is one of the most difficult things to master as a full-time striker let alone as a left winger who'll only play in that position when our 2 primary strikers are not available. 3) He's as one-dimensional as it gets. He'll cut inside and shoot almost 90% of the time instead of running down the flank to bring in a cross (because, as I already mentioned, he hasn't got a left foot) or instead of passing the ball to one of his teammates as his passing range is severely limited.
  8. I've watched enough games of Schürrle to know that he's 1) not what we need, 2) not worth the asking price (especially not worth giving them KDB on loan) and 3) never gonna be a starter for Chelsea. But yeah, instead of watching the player for years and making your judgement based on those games go on and make fools of yourselves by thinking "Oh, Emenalo has signed a few decent players so every single transfer must be a wonder move".
  9. If they're willing to free us from that cancer they're definitely a suitable option...
  10. Technically sound, hard worker, good passer, experienced player, complete midfielder. Exactly what Chelsea will not even try to bring in.
  11. Lmao, "scared"? We're Chelsea FFS, we aren't scared of anyone.
  12. Coughtoffside... one can only assume why I want more restrictions when it comes to sources...
  13. Lol. Didn't know the correct spelling of "trolling" is "speech" It's never been this bad, IIRC. I mean, there's like 2 or 3 new threads in the transfer section every day... Yeah, that's what I mean. If people were threaten with instant bans ...
  14. Can we ban all tweets by non-verified Twitter accounts from this site, especially from the transfer section (like it's being done with unreliable sites)? They're annoying and the actual transfer window hasn't even opened yet.
  15. I don't think that his age would matter that much, tbh. If Drogba was able to do a job for us at the age of 34 Ibrahimovic's 31 years shouldn't be a problem either.
  16. Don't get ahead of yourself
  17. This is hypocrisy at its best, smh. I remember when Torres joined Chelsea and people were making every fucking excuse for him ("Our wingers are bad", "Drogba is hindering him" blah blah blah) and crying for more time for Torres to "settle in" even though he was playing almost every single game. Yet, with Ba it's the complete opposite.
  18. No. There's a hell of a difference between being fed with information when a club like Bayern feels like doing so and having an own "insider" that is acting at their will in the club.
  19. Yes, I consider a newspaper, that is producing more shit on a daily basis than a herd of cows in Tirol, is as populist as Jörg Haider was and reported last year that Lewandowski's deal to United is about done, unreliable. We all know about Bayern's and Hoeneß's connections to Bild, so Bild reporting about it first didn't come as a surprise at all. Every attempt to "defend" Bild is condemned to fail. It's just as if you're trying to prove that the Daily Mail is a good newspaper. It's not possible.
  20. Lmao. You lost all your credibility by referring to Bild.
