could even be a deal is ongoing so as to not risk injury
-
Decent performance in parts. Forest's second string team though so would have been a disaster to lose that. Batshuayi much as i like him, needs to play week in week out via a loan or sale. Giroud clearly off. CHO wasn't bad but always does well in cups against weaker sides.... not the same player in the prem. Sadly
-
still think the rumour is nonsense, all italian media refer to the Express and daily star in their reports. It feels like we got our name mentioned once and its taken off from there... if he joins then ill back him as his performances have improved at Flamengo, but its not exactly a tough league. Hasn't done much in Europe. But yeh, i just think this rumour is maybe not quite what it seems
-
Sunday papers are the worst lol. Jesus christ, the Express also saying West Ham linked with 70m Koulibaly. Utter nonsense Always suspected first week or so of window would be slow... quick succession of games ;and discussions ongoing.
-
correct. They are up until June 2019 and take into account no CL , plus Kepa, Jorginho etc. We are sitting on a tonne of money right now from TV and CL money to this date, plus summer sales.
-
Thinking with a sensible head on... much as I'd like Werner i think he will join Bayern in the summer. Just a hunch Could see Sancho arriving in the summer with us, though And I really dont think Gabigol is coming here, i reckon West Ham, Palace, Watford kinda club is getting him. Ian McGarry is the ultimate bullshitter, knows nothing. Think we will end the window with Dembele, and Ake, perhaps Zaha, too. Werner, Sancho, Koulibaly., O. Dembele, and that kinda calibre player do not move in January. Any stories about them can be filed under "gossip and nonsense"
-
Nathan Ake's buyback does not guarantee he will join either, he can still turn the move down. It just means Bournemouth cant reject a bid of £40m from us, but they can from someone else. I don't believe that Chalov rumour though. Think thats a lazy link
-
That statement does NOT mean Dembele definitely wont leave. How is it so hard to grasp? Of course he will leave if their price is met. We offered £34m apparently, do you really think, for example, theyd turn down 50 and Giroud. Of course not
-
Who knows if it will happen this window, but that statement does not mean it wont
-
and, its not the window thats the issue, is it? Its the statements. Of course theyd like to keep him, but theyd also like more money. That statement is generic
-
They did the same for Mendy, Ndombele, Lacazette and Essien. They'll sell when/if we hit the desired fee
-
30 goals in 71 games for Lyon. Not too bad. I mean we'd all prefer Werner sure, but was he ever really an option for January? There is no release clause for Werner this month and Leipzig are not a club in need of money. They would simply refuse to sell is my bet until the summer at earliest, and we absolutely need someone to challenge Abraham. Just ain't going to sign the elite level strikers this month... And tbh, Dembele is as good as Abraham, if not better dare i say
-
I seen that on social media, just seems an absolutely nonsense rumour to me.
-
I'd be surprised if Villa have a great deal to spend given that they paid out loads in the summer. So Bats on loan is almost perfect for them, and lets be honest they did a good job with Tammy.
-
Could see a loan to Villa happening with an option to buy. Especially if Wesley is out long term for them.
-
Will not affect our spending ability this window or this summer. Sponsorship and commercial income claws that back
-
Complete guess but come February 1st i would not be surprised if our market ends with Zaha, Werner and a left back, not Chilwell though as dont think Leicester would sell
-
Very good goal return to be fair. Still has loads to learn and improve, but potentially a top top striker. Should Werner for example sign, Tammy might find himself benched
-
Think he wants out and/or knows he is off. I dont mind him but lately he has been so poor. I am not a huge Alonso fan either and think LB is crying out for strengthening. And no, not Ian Maatsen
-
Yeh i think people are getting way too carried away with him right now. Did well though, but wanting him in the team often based on today? Nah, not yet. Give him a loan to a competitive league. I'd have done better than our fullbacks at times today ffs lol He could have been fucking dreadful today but still would have got praise simply for being youth. I'd loan him to the Championship and see how he develops Did Reece James world of good

https://www.dcfc.co.uk/teams/player/frank-lampard scroll to bottom of page EDIT: they have removed it. It was the announcement of Lampard leaving to us
-
-
Management section on our website has been rinsed. All of Sarri's staff removed along with Zola. Cudicini, Hilario, Biosca and Scott McLachlan all that remain
-
Sounds mad but Lampards announcement is getting to the point of "ffs finally, glad that saga is over" rather than "yesss welcome back frank!!"
-
no shit sherlock. CarefreeYouth is a know fuck all. Don't buy into this BS that he is ITK, i have called him out on his lies before and he just blocks you. Cech coming back he claimed after the media, Cech's announcement he got right but so did everyone else once the pics of him having his photos done were leaked. Where is the cancelled stadium tours to announce Frank last week? Telling people the Derby chairman was lying about no contact way back when Sarri left, and he was the one who knew the real truth. Nonsense. The tweet he put out about Frank's announcement being delayed due to FFP because that was the inside info he had been "told"? Bollocks, utter utter bollocks. He read it on social media. Don't you find it weird how until that particular theory was being talked about, he was absolutely 100% insisting Frank would be announced last week. Soon as the FFP stuff spread round twitter... surprise surprise "he suddenly got told info"
