  1. I am wondering what happens if you lodge an appeal with CAS, but they are unable to answer in time. Do they freeze it anyway until appeal heard?
  2. we now go to the CAS, like a tribunal/court and argue the case... the most they will probably do is move the ban back a window.
  3. They were never going to overturn it in all likelihood, we were asking them to go back on their own ruling..... this now allows us to get to the CAS, as the main concern was whether FIFA would make a decision in time. CAS doesnt guarantee it being frozen, but our chances are much greater, provided we have a good case
  4. The only manager who i think, honestly, the club would give time to and cut a lot of slack is Lampard/JT I reckon they'd get so much time because they are chelsea men. Which is why i think, maybe wrongly (as of now), that they will be the next management team
  5. I swear to god, someone on twitter is arguing with me that Conte is NOT a better manager than Sarri. Im lost for words
  6. He would have survived even with a loss, simply due to there only being a short period left of the season. I dont think he gets another season though, seems most of the fanbase are against him
  7. this will change nothing in regards to him going this summer (imo) but the fans made themselves clear
  8. "we want sarri out" first time ive heard us sing that
  9. I'd actually be genuinely shocked if we sacked him now, with 8 games left. europa to play for. Really believe he will go in the summer, though. I think he is out of his depth
  10. Sarri's pressers are becoming so tedious. Same shit every week. Work out what the problem is, stop blaming players' mentality and look at yourself, too Sick of it
  11. If we win tomorrow and Arsenal win or draw, we go a point behind them in 5th, with a game in hand. I think we are getting top 4
  12. he 'could'. I agree he wont but if we lost 8 on the spin, hes off Hypothetically speaking
  13. His job is far from safe.City was a one off final, and Spurs at home we were always going to be up for. But get top 4 and he will get another year. Think 3-0 to us today
  14. Come on!!. that was so much better. Landed
  15. decent start, high tempo and energy. Then back to usual, slow, and nothing in final 3rd
  16. stubbornness. My way or no way. It is admirable his dedication to his system, but its borderline moronic too
  17. I didn't do too bad then So predictable. And I reckon Poch probably knew tonights team, too
  18. Emerson is doing very well so i have to use him, and Kepa was just a misunderstanding, nothing in it. Starting to think he is a jackanory lol
  19. he has there. Albeit only post match. During the game he was just as bad
  20. it was reported at the time that most of the board weren't keen on Sarri due to his history of being a bit rude to press etc. and controversial. Don't think he would have been the choice of Buck, or Barnard, even Tenenbaum But it supposedly didnt bother Marina and she vouched for Sarri, so if it goes tits up, its on her.
  21. her appointment but make no mistake, everyone at that club answers to roman. How many of his own appointments has he admitted failure with and sacked. If he gets sick of results, or there is a lot of negative feedback from other board members, Sarri will be out. In all our recent sackings, I think the message has always been delivered by Bruce Buck and Tenenbaum. Never Marina, she is our negotiator, but i think her role gets a little over exaggerated sometimes I dont doubt she is close to Roman, and it was her choice, but he wont keep his job just because she wants him to, or whatever.
  22. We did do better on Sunday but no shots on target (or 1) in 120 mins is still garbage in the grand scheme of things. I think a one off cup final, being brutally honest, is not when you judge to back or sack a manager. Neither is Malmo. I'll wait until tomorrow's lineup to see if he has learned anything from it Tomorrow is THE one, Spurs home. Lose that, or any crowd angst and itll be tough to survive. Win, and a corner could be turned
