The total area in question is the size of 120 football pitches apparently so if we could bribe the council by chucking in some luxury flats into an application we could stand a chance. Obviously there are good transport links there, with links to 2 District line branches easily walkable from the centre of the site. Also, part of the land belongs to Hammersmith and Fulham council who will want to keep us in the borough.
