I'd do spanish. It is a fairly easy language to learn and is more widely spoken than English these days. There are some words very similar to English (the same goes for French) which makes learning it a lot easier and it is a language where every letter has a regular pronunciation. I studied French at school for a while but Spanish is more useful from a travel perspective because it is spoken in every major South American country except Brazil and is also widely used in the Caribbean and central america. Spanish has a lot more 'regular' rules with regard to verb patterns compared to French too but if you wanted to learn Spanish fluently then it would be easy for you to learn French later because of how similar they are.
