and if you had it yours our team will be filled with teenagers.

As ive said it might not be nice seeing Borini in that shirt, but Liverpool are a midtable team these days, this move wont affect us or come to back to bite us because Liverpool are just not good enough. What we really need to worry about is the prospect of our board being silly enough to let Danny go to Spurs, that's the one that could really come back to bite us in the arse.
-
Borini may be a talent but ignoring our hatred (i personally pity them rather than hate them) for the living in the past outfit, he might aswell as joined West Brom. Liverpool are not a threat to us in the league and won't be for a long time, Kenny saw to that.
-
IMO the best thing for him atm is a League one loan for half a season, if he impresses in that League Championship club's will be queuing up.
-
Send him on loan to League 1, if he impresses a Championship club will take a punt, if he impresses in the Championship a Prem club will take a punt and if he impresses at a prem club........................ Our biggest mistake with Kakuta and McEachran was throwing them straight into a Premier League loan, they should have started on loan in the Championship or even League one.
-
I think he might get more games than we expect, as it stands he is the closest to an out and out winger we have got. Marin and De Bruyne will be our joker cards next season, so to speak.
-
Always leave wanting more, hard as it is this was without doubt the right time to bow out of Chelsea. If England don't win the WC i hope Ivory Coast do so he can bow out of football on that high.
-
Big big difference between hating and not joining the bandwagon of cringe worthy excuses. For example I wasn't convinced when Ancelotti was first appointed, didn't think he was the right man for the job, does that mean i didn't deserve to be delighted when i was proved wrong and ultimately won the double?
-
I hope he comes good but there is no excuses for the goal drought he went through last season. Last summer there were genuine valid excuses for him like No service, No proper break for 4 years, Not settled and moved into London yet, Not had a proper pre season as a Chelsea player. 3 of those excuses were wiped out by default in pre season last summer and the other was when Juan Mata was signed. I hope he comes good but these excuses as why he has been below par for us are over a year out off date, last summer they were valid this summer they ain't.
-
Let him go now, its better than him going when he becomes a key part of the team, use the £10m we will get and a bit more to try and get Vidal in.
-
While the two mentioned are talented, Yossi has experience and with letting a lot go, we need to keep some, who would you rather came on if we were 1-0 down in a title decider at Old Trafford?
-
The contract extension for Mancini is crazy, i won't go as far as call him mediocre, he is a decent manager but he will never in a million years have City dominating England and his CL record leaves a lot to be desired too.
-
Drogba was in his twilight years, Torres is suppose to be at his peak. and sorry for going off topic, back to Oscar he will be a fantastic signing, from what ive seen can easily be moulded into that deep lying playmaker we have been craving and lets not forget the re-sale value.
-
There has been no excuses for him for a year now, people will quote lack of service but Juan Mata was behind him, as far as service goes that's like sleeping with Cheryl Cole with her doing all the work.
-
Looks like Yossi is going to rise from the scapegoat sub's bench now Kalou has gone.
-
Its not like 2 years ago when our squad was littered with 28 plus players, since then we have let a lot of experience go while bringing in lots of youth (under 24), this is just to rebalance it out. If we still had the squad we had 2 summers ago and to a lesser extent last summer then the deal would not make sense.

Where will Malouda fit in to all of this?
-
I reckon with young players we should work them up the levels. IE with Piazon, loan to League one, succeeds there then a Championship club will take a punt, succeeds there then a prem club will, succeeds there then he will be ready to play in the first team, a bit like Spuds did with this Caulker guy.
-
Can't believe anyone is questioning Ivanovic, he's has only had 2 bad games at right back, in the community shield in 2009 and in Naples, he is good as it gets in that position. Maicon will have to earn the right to play ahead of Ivanovic, and with Terry possibly getting a ban for the Ferdinand stuff, we will be a Cahill or Luiz injury away from having to shove Ivan in the centre again, which is where Maicon will come in.
-
Any rumours on Malouda? the more i hear nothing the more i think he will see out his contract here, remember last summer we certrain both Malouda and Anelka were on the way out but the longer the summer went on the more we thought 'hold on, there staying with us'. I still fully expect Malouda to be here come September 1st, no one will match the wages he is on here.
-
Joker10 has to get a nomination, even tho i dont agree with a lot of what he says, his contributions have been second to none, he deserves a nomination.
-
Not saying this is isn't the right time to let him go (although if anyone was going to stay out of him and Malouda it should have been him) but what royally annoys me is there are some fans that just won't praise Kalou under any circumstances no matter what he does, quick to point out his admittedly many faults, but whenever he does something good (IE score a crucial goal) its ignored or twisted in a way were he still sounds bad. I for example have been one of Bosingwa's harshest critics, but if he had a good game and did well, i would acknowledge that and give him credit, the Kalou critics don't, that's what buggs me.
-
Then it could be too late, Kenny's piss poor signing's have set Liverpool back years.
-
Maybe he goes OTT at times, but someone needs to counter the ridiculous and uncalled for hate he gets. Being glad he is gone is one thing, as is not rating him, but when their are post's basically implying he has contributed nothing in his 6 years at the club it has me wanting to bang my head against a brick wall. Yes he may not have progressed to the world class player every one was predicting but if he is as bad as half this forum like to make out then why did Carlo, Hiddink and Jose, 3 of the best managers in world football, see him as a decent part of the squad? Infact why did the worlds best manager sign him in the first place if he was so bad? There can be a lot lot worse players to have as mere squad players than this guy, something we are likely to find out in coming season's.

Van Aanholt did look out of place in a defensive aspect, that side to his game is terrible.
