She's standing next to Frank, she can wear whatever she wants it still won't make people look at her. Damn, Frank is sexy!!
-
Got my tickets for the NY game Can't wait.
-
Fixed.

lol it was a joke dude, relax every single pundit in the world was saying the same thing that ever since RDM took over he's playing Frank more, he just said the same thing but joked about it, dont see the big deal

Jesus Navas would be such a beast at RW if he didn't get homesick every other day.
-
This is good news, because it'll speed up the process. Now either he just takes the new contract and or force a move by putting in a transfer request. Another good thing is that we've been negotiating with him early in the window so even if it doesnt go through we have plenty of time to look at other targets.

No I don't mean we need a tall defensive midfielder, not at all. My point is that our TEAM needs some kind of aerial threat in the midfield/forward line. Nowhere did I say that a defensive midfielder has to be tall to be good. When we had those average height defensive mid or center mids, we had height elsewhere in the midfield/forward line to compensate. Our team needs some height, and Fellaini addresses that.
-
What if Ivanovic gets injured? We need a RB for cover.
-
The reason I want Fellaini is because he's tall as hell. We lost a lot of height with Drogba and with all the midgets we have now, we are very short and weak. We need that tall guy who can win some headers in the middle of the park, otherwise we're stuck with just one way of play, always have a plan B. Fellaini is a one man Plan B like Drogba, of course not as good, but at least he gives us that option. And the way he's played for Everton further up the pitch, he'd be great.

3rd goal was amazing.

a lot of hard work there, just for you

Relax mate, Lampard is a CM and this season has went back to CDM (in the pivot). Mata did play LW earlier in the season, but ever since we switched to 4-2-3-1 he's played as an CAM and that is his best position. Maybe people shouldn't have been mean spirited when they corrected you, but you are misinformed about some of your claims. I mean, it's not like we're arguing opinions.
-
When's the last time you actually saw a Chelsea match? Mata has ONLY played CAM for the second half of the season. Hazard also played CAM at Lille all year, although he'll be a winger at Chelsea since we have Mata. Meireles can play there as well. And, Jovetic can NEVER be like Lampard, not sure how you think he's similar to Lampard.
-
Yup, in basketball. I think it's a great system. If some over ambitious team wants to go over the salary cap, they still can, but it'll cost them double and they are forced to compensate the rest of the league. The only problem with it is that it has to be implemented in all football leagues, otherwise the premier league will loose a lot of quality. It'll get more competitive domestically and it'll encourage youth development even more so than now, but if it's not implemented worldwide then the premier league gets significantly less competitive in Europe.
-
You're way way too quick to judge a player's mentality. I respect your footballing opinion though and agree with everything else you said. But saying stuff like he wore a big hoodie and seemed like he thought of himself as a great prospect is ridiculous.
-
Can't be setting a cap on player wages. If anything have a team payroll cap and implement a luxury tax, where if you go over the cap by 10M you have to pay the same amount to the rest of the teams as a luxury tax. So if you plan on going over the cap by 10M, you have to reserve another 10M as luxury tax and distribute it evenly to the rest of the teams in the league. This will still allow some teams to go over the cap, but at a heavy price.
-
hopefully he wins the euro then maybe he'll be satisfied enough, i think if they dont win the euros then he'll surely want to play the olympics, but if they win the euros then it'lll be pretty easy to convince him otherwise regarding the olympics.
-
k if it's such a meaningless game, then who gives a shit if we won't let him play meaningless game: pros: we can still win a trophy money cons: courtois doesnt get to play in a completely meaningless game no brainer really.
-
I don't know who you were watching, but imo positioning is probably one of Romeu's weaker points.
-
RDM tried Luiz at RB for a half last season. It was a disaster lol, he didn't know wtf to do.
-
Because he played CB and not RB. Great prospect though.
-
Cech Ivan - Luiz - JT - Cole Mikel - Lamps Ramires - Mata - Hazard Torres Hilario Ferrari - Hutch - Cahill - Bertrand Romeu - Essien Marin - Meireles - Malouda Sturridge Looking at that first and second team. I'd say we need a RB, so we can have a capable backup for Ivan so he can rest and be available to provide cover for CB if needed. I think deep mids and attacking mids are fine too. Maybe add an inexpensive versatile player like Dembele so he can provide competition for all 5 midfield positions, don't think we need to go crazy for Modric. Lamps, Mata and Hazard on the same team is more than enough creativity. Striker is fine with Torres and Sturridge.
-
If we're serious about Falcao then it has to be in exchange for Torres. Can't keep both here. Torres + 20M.
-
Great young player. Good signing for them, but they still need a CM more than anything. It'd be interesting to see how Fergie slots him into the team. Probably a backup to Rooney.

You're right with Wigan. But being a young defender is completely different than a striker. It's almost impossible to hold down a starting place as a young defender in the PL, unless the first couple of games you have blinders. A mistake or two in your first start and you're pretty much completely out of the picture. Teams in the PL can't afford to gamble on defenders, hence why it's so hard to have a succesful loan as a defender. Strikers are completely different, because they might not win you games on bad days but they won't cost you one, hence it's easier to gamble on them and more likely they remain in the starting lineup even if they have a couple of bad games, just cause teams can afford it. Plus Wigan, don't have any decent strikers and their playing style is nice too.
