Definitely a massive upgrade. I want us to keep Cuadrado because Conte rates him (he even wanted Cuadrado whilst Juve manager) and wants to use him. It keeps the manager happy and we already own the player so that's transfer money going towards other areas. Honestly, when it comes to Oscar and Pedro I genuinely don't even think of them when predicting our line up and rotations for next season. I know I'll be disappointed when they end up getting many minutes between them tho.

Didn't watch but I heard Aina performed well. Really glad to hear he recently signed a new 4-year deal. Hopefully Conte is willing to give him some games if he continues to impress in pre-season.

Whilst I agree numbers wise we don't have a place for him I can't help but cringe at seeing Pedro listed among those names. If the option is there for Mahrez then Pedro can gtfo asap.

I can't see a manager as tactically clued up as Conte playing Fabregas in a midfield two. Kante is great at what he does but he alone cannot compensate for all of Fabregas deficiencies.

Has it been confirmed by Conte we're playing two up front? Just yesterday he said he would tailor his tactics/formation around the players at his disposal. I think our starting 11 / squad will look quite different at the end of the window. I like Costa but if he left I wouldn't shed any tears.

That game was shambolic but it was against one of the best teams around. Mikel is capable of holding his own against 80% of the teams we'll face. We can move Matic on and get a decent fee which isn't possible with Mikel. Ultimately, I think improving the first 11 is more important than selling and replacing the bench players. Kante + Gomes seem to be the answer.

Mikel has to stay; very useful squad player at worst.

I read somebody tweet about Chelsea having locked up that signing in early June. The majority of stuff out there is utter rubbish but that doesn't mean there isn't truth to some rumours.
