What we had shown was not good, but it pisses me of that even in pre-season ref works against us 2 times...pointless to blame the ref though since we should've scored 3-4 against both MLS and Milan though... I wasn't surprised with our dull attack though. Marin and Hazard making their debuts, Meireles playing as CAM, Benayoun, Kakuta and Ramires as RW and Lukaku as striker? With Romelu's bad movement and players playing off position it's not really a big surprise. That said, I still expected them to do well.

Moses and Hulk are definitely on radar. For the RB currently, Azpilicueta seems most likely, though perhaps we will return for Maicon if that falls through. Good to have him back. He had the u20 tournament last year before going a crazy season with us. Then he went to EURO and then to Olympics. Really needs a bit of rest.

After (Falcao) and Cavani, he is the best available striker in the market. He is not even 24 yet meaning he has lots in him to give and to improve. I wouldn't mind him here at all, especially because he is not some big star like Cavani so that Torres would want out and that we would have to pay him massive wages.

I love it how the ref has fucked us even in our pre-season...we should've had a pen against MLS All Stars on 2-2, but he didn't give it and later they scored. Then Milan scored an offside goal and then ref didn't give us another penalty. Just shows how much things could've turned out differently if that twat blew his whistle a couple of times when he should...
