To go into the biggest game in years and perform the way we did was pathetic, we might as well have got off the coach, handed sir alex the trophy, got straight back on the coach and f*cked off back to London. Nobody performed other than Cech. Kalou, Malouda, Mikel and Essien were AWFUL. The whole team were rattled after the early goal but we have an experienced squad of players that should have reacted in a positive manner, but that didnt happen, we just crumbled, it was painful to see. I want Carlo to stay on and see out his contract, I'm not going to jump on the 'sack Carlo' bandwagon, but a few changes need to be made, namely letting Carlo select his own assistant, choose his own signings, and working throughout this summer on correcting mistakes made this season out on that training pitch.

You cant judge a player on 1-2 games.

Well, what a turn around, at half time I was sure that was our season over, we were awful, but I dont know what was said in the dressing room at half time but didnt it work!! We were excellent in the second half, the game had everything, we fully deserved the 3 points. Torres is getting sharper every game, the only thing he is lacking is a goal, Luiz is looking to be an excellent signing, he is eager to impress so is going in tough and hard with his challenges, which I love. Ramires was solid in arguably the biggest game of our season so far, couldnt be happier. The only bad points from the match I can think of was the performances of Malouda and Anelka, they were both poor IMO, Zhirkov has to start vs Blackpool I think. Im loving the reaction from the Manure fans, apparently were cheats, the ref is a CFC fan, etc etc etc, I love what short memories they have, Rooneys elbow? And if they would like to talk about penalty decisions, they couldnt possibly cast their minds back to Nevilles push on Anelka last season that he got away with, it was such a blatent penalty. This could be a turning point now, plenty of points left to play for, and plenty of points left for MUFC and Arsenal to drop. And as said, if we can beat Man United, who are top of the league, that will really give us confidence in the CL, on our day we can beat anyone in Europe, hopefully our bad patch of form is now over! And when El Nino gets his scoring boots on, we'll be laughing.

We are SHIT, its as simple as that, get Anelka and Malouda OFF!!! Carlo needs to grow a set of balls and realise that certain players need to be DROPPED. Malouda is awful and Anelka just doesnt look interested, I feel sorry for Fernando, were not creating anything for him, get Drogba and Zhirkov on ASAP.

^^This basically. Our midfielder are some of the best in the world with the exception of the likes of Xavi, Iniesta, and a couple of others. They are just ALL off form, when they get it back we will be laughing.

Firstly, Im not sure if there is a topic covering this, I cant see one but Im sorry if there is. Do people think/want Drogba to leave this summer? Personally my gut feeling is that he will go back to Marseille. Do I think it would be a good move for CFC? Yes. Do I think it is the right time? Yes. Didi has been a GREAT servant for CFC and he will go down as one of our greatest strikers of all time. What are everyones thoughts on this?

I feel he is more attack mined than Essien, he will get into the box more and look for that killer pass. We need either him or Zhirkov in there to breathe a bit of life into our attacking play because Malouda/Essien/Lampard just havent realy shown me anything in the last 5 games or so.

Am I the only one that thinks we could really do with Benayoun in our midfield right now!?

Luiz looked excellent, his tackling was a bit dodgy but just need to adjust to the pace of the English game, he was the only positive of tonights game.

Man Utd, Citeh AND Arsenal wont ALL fuck up, its near on impossible. We need to just concentrate on trying to get 2nd/3rd, the Champions League, and preparing for next season.

Im very excited about seeing more of Josh, he is an excellent prospect for us, his vision, reading of the game, first touch and passing is excellent. I do believe Carlo's handling of him is spot on, Josh will be learning every day on the training pitch, and his 20 mins here, 30 mins there are giving him valuable experience. Personally I'd like to see him start a game or two before the end of the season, he is an exciting player to watch, his movement is excellent. Next season will be where he is challenging for a place in the first team, either that or go out on loan to a mid table team. Either way, we have a gem on our hands.

If we sacked Carlo, who would we bring in? The grass isnt always greener, we learnt that when Jose was sacked.

Exactly, we REALLY miss Butch, it is a disgrace that he was sacked.

Times are starting to change, remember when we used to call it 3 point lane? Now a draw is a good result, teams WANT to play us at the moment due to our awful form, which actually hasnt surprised me, I knew we would struggle this season with the size/quality of our squad. The problem isnt Ancelotti, its the people running the club.
