I think when he was dumped to the bench it gave him the kick up the arse that he needed , tbh we haven't seen much of Drogba this season , also his ego is to big sometimes to just work hard when he is not in the team.

I don't know i think he has helped Torres this season , before that silly sending off he was playing well. i think we need to wait till at least Jan to truly see the effects of AVB's work.

I agree he has made some good changes and i feel we are moving in the right direction especially with Danny. Though we loose to Liverpool next week and Spuds go above us and win there game in hand , i cant see most of us being that optimistic. True , lower league teams already have sponsors on there backs now. its only a matter of time before its introduced for PL teams. I have to say it will be a shame when there are no grounds with there original names , but this is Modern Football now. A lot of traditions are disappearing quite rapidly.

Agreed we made a mistake with Diarra , Since Romeu made his first appearance he has looked the part and will hopefully get more playing time in the PL soon giving Mikel a run for his money.

Its a shame after his performances at the under 19's European Championships we all thought he would make the step up , but he hasn't... back to Kalou his main problem is consistency and decision making the latter he should have now sorted being here a while , the reason he should go is not because he is the worst player ever , its because he hasnt improved enough over the time he has spent here and the money spent trying to make him a better player. let he go to some mid table team where he will be appreciated for his contribution.

85k a week , keep dreaming he is a squad player at best , he would do far much better going to play for the likes of Everton. he has stopped players coming through for to long , i don't hate Kalou i have northing against him but i feel we have better players available.

His here to score thats his job , if he is not doing this he should be sold. but the season is not over yet , lets see what happens when he has a full season with us under his belt. one issue with Torres is he does not have a chance to forget about his misses as the pundits will go on about it for days and days , didnt hear alot when rooney missed that pen against us....

I think all he has to do to keep his job is keep us in the top 4 , next season there will be more expectation.
