Fulham could do with a him for a season next year (they could this year actually,but not gonna happen with him starring in Madrid) and it would help him settle into the area...i would have said so do West Ham on the other side of town but a year over there may scare him for life..

it was revenge on Barcelona because we stopped them winning a tournament which in their currently deluded lil heads is just a victory parade for them. if we had lost the final then the ghost of moscow would live on and have become a bigger beast but i don`t think Barcelona fans could feel like they were back ontop again if Bayern beat us. it would mean that they couldn`t beat the runners up.

Last month it was myself ,Manpe,Hutcho and Ryan Davidson (along with others) 4 members who as far as i know had never been nominated before. some of us not even 1 vote or mention. none of us made it this month. interestingly tho in light of what you say now,out of the nominations this month you voted for the only member who was in last months nominations.

i hope we sign him then. quality player from what i`ve seen of him.

i can remember him being linked to a move to England a couple of years back, then there came out rumours of a possible problem with his heart..does anyone know anything about that?

i usually look at these with the only thought in mind that we have good away days in it. but at present i can`t leave the country as my mother is having a very important operation soon and i`m gonna continue to be her home help for some time just yet so won`t be able to travel in europe again until the knockout stages. i`m open to who we draw this time,just don`t want to be drawn into a "group of death"

welcome aboard. :blue scalf: the mother of my son was Canadian. tho she`s from Duncan in Vancouver Island...the woman i should have married is also from Vancouver Island but she lives in Port Alberni. tho she`s still one of my best friends and we still see each other from time to time. i have some friends on the mainland too in Quebec. i root for all the Canadian teams although i`m not anti-usa atall,because hockey is such a big part of your countries life i like to see one of your teams win the stanley cup. failing that the Ducks or Kings because i spent a year or so living in Burbank ,California in a past life.

i`ve been a huge admirer of Lloris too. i think he`s among the top 6 keepers in the world,although where on the list he would be other than somewhere in the top 6 is open to debate.

i hope you are right and i`m wrong but it seems quite legit. can`t blame Lloris for wanting to leave if that`s the case as Seb said he has been carrying Lyon in recent years too much. the price they are saying is around £13m. it`s not in the "what the papers say" section of the tv reports like the Sturridge rubbish is.

imo it`s all bollax..tho not so much the bid. but on MOTD they were talking about Sturridge on his way out..(hansen and lawrenson) ex Liverpool players perhaps stirring the pot. and on SSN`s this morning they are saying via some tabloids that Liverpool have bid £15 m for him and where i really it gets fishy, they have reported that Chelsea have set £25m as the price for him.i don`t believe that we would let out what a players price is. and certainly not to the media. i just can`t understand why anyone would think we don`t need him ourselves...we only have 2 CF`s ffs ,we need 1 more if anything not 1 less.

unless we thinking about playing 3 at the back which there`s no indication that we are...no point signing him. Roman isn`t gonna sell any good or great players and at CB they all are one or the other.
