@ xPetrCechx GQ stands for Gentlemen`s Quarterly. it is a long running U.S created men`s fashion and culture magazine that`s sold through many other countries now including England. i think it`s been in circulation in the states since around the time of the Great Depression. it`s not that special an award really..hence why Branislav`s reaction is so funny.

i reckon he`s just chipped the varnish on his toe nails and Jose didn`t display enough empathy so he`s having a diva fit.

being too sentimental about players who have brought past glories but can no longer produce the goods has been the downfall of Liverpool,AC Milan and to a lesser degree Newcastle. it`s what they can offer now and in the future which should dictate if they stay within the first team squad. that`s the mentality of teams that remain at the top for a long time have. they tried to sell him,he dragged his feet to block the move,it`s on him that he finds himself training with the youngsters.

Branislav is funny in that video. it`s also funny how short Ashley looks amongst those big boys.i know he`s not tall but looks like someone who should be in The Borrowers.

it has seemed for quite some time that he was no longer needed. when the club tried to sell him he came out and said he would definately be at chelsea for this season. well he is here,so be happy flo. he`s being paid weekly more than the majority of us gets in a year to kick a football around with kids. there has been too many players here in recent years who think they have a devine right for special treatment when their play no longer warrants it. if i was being forced to pay his wages when i wanted to sell him but he chose to drag his feet so he could continue to get paid and prevent me from getting money in return for him..i wouldn`t give him the honour of being allowed at Cobham. he`d be clearing out my pool every morning,weeding my garden and shining my shoes. he made his own bed. now he`ll have to sleep in it.

i doubted he would ever make it with us. not based on his own game just he kept on proving himself on loan and time and time again he would be shipped back out,he was ready for this atleast 2 years ago imo hats off to Ryan for being so determined that he was gonna make it with CFC that he did against the odds. not all our youngsters have been able to do that. hats off to Roberto for having the balls to play him ahead of Malouda in such a crucial game as the European cup final. i think it`s pretty clear now that the battle between Bertrand and P.V.A. has been won by Ryan and if Patrick makes it here it`s either as Ryans deputy or at another position. not so long ago it looked like a battle that could go either way.

as i had stated on the first page of this thread it was said by Jeff Stelling on Soccer Saturday.the fact that D.D`s P.R. company came out and made a statement denying the rumours clearly shows that there were rumours out there to deny, rather than myself just making it up. only lil cry babies would say members should be banned for something as minor as reporting on what they had heard on a t.v sports show. if sharing rumours heard that turn out to be untrue at this time is a banning offence then many more members would have been banned before me.

i`m more concerned about the ref bottling it like Foy did last year than any of our players. can`t wait for us to get back to meaningful football...

i`ve never been bored in my life. i wouldn`t mind it once before i died just to know what is so bad about it that everyone who whenever they have it feels the need to tell me all the fuckin` time like i am a human entertainment tool created just to entertain them. (i`m talking about people in my "real life" not online..i can just scroll past anyone who says it online) anyway, i feel great..thanks to the great people at my mothers local hospital they have managed to save the sight in her left eye,the right eye she`s blind in for life now but we knew that anyway.. ...she`s been crying on my shoulder since she went blind,she hasn`t coped very well atall and has been relying on me to do alot for her but she gets her independence back now..she can see her grand daughters again,walk her dog,cook her own meals,make her own tea,read books,watch t.v. all things she likes to do.. and i can now leave her on her own and live my own life again. will be able to go and leave the U.K when i want and go and watch Chelsea in Europe again..hooray..

i saw what truechelseablue is talking about,. he had diskoviolente`s avator (the morrisey wearing an oscar wilde t-shirt pic) and vice versa. somebody else had dv`s usual avator on that thread anyway..might be a seperate issue i dunno..

Ray Mears is a nature survival expert who has his own shows that are quite popular in the u.k always good to see that goal again tho. gotta love Rami..switch back to a 4-3-3 permanently (or atleast till we get more players suited to another formation) and we be sorted with what we have got.

for folks saying we should have sold Malouda instead. it takes three parties to agree a deal. the buying club,the selling club and the player! and Malouda has decided he`d rather rot for a season and collect his salary than play football.

as i`ve said before the season started. i believe that 4-3-3 is the formation that we will end up playing more often than 4-2-3-1. our squad was more suited to play that formation earlier and it`s even more so now. why are some folks so stuck on us playing the double pivot ? in american football they have certain coaches that only play certain systems and players who can`t fit into that are got rid of. but English/Global football is not like that..good coaches adapt their tactics and formation to what the team strengths are.

he had a bit of a stinker..lot`s did. he hasn`t been in top form yet.. the season is only 5 games old tho and he showed he can be a strong defender last season from about Feb onwards. i used to tear my hair out so to speak over him and considered if we should play him further upfield but he changed my mind on him. i think Cahill has had some poor games too,same with Branislav..their goals do not mask how patchy they have been defensively ..is only the attacking players who`ve played anywhere near how good they can. they have some time to work on it,i`m not too concerned about it at this time.

he would get sent to the stands more often than Fergie and Wenger..."that wasn`t a pen,this is a fucking disgrace"! ...bitch slapping Wenger etc....

it was reported in the week that this may happen as the big money investor they had was threatening to pull out,leaving them unable to pay his wages. i`m guessing that`s what has happened now. Jeff Stelling just said it during the round up on soccer saturday on SkySports. maybe he`ll go to OM now i know they are kinda skint but maybe he`ll go to them for alot less money.

it`s down on Levy. Tottenham have done that for years before AVB joined. moutinho was funny tho..he knows Porto don`t value him that highly now because they were willing to sell him for the 22m and Spurs don`'t want to pay him what he wanted.

Steve Clarke one of my all time favorite blues..about 10 years as a player then a great number 2 for us. a quality football guy. St Mirren we got him from if i recall correctly..where Fergie started out his career as a manager..maybe someting in the water..other than Buckfast and Irn Bru.
