lessons to be learnt from this... 1) when loaning players out just loan them somewhere for 1 year.don`t let them develop roots there if we think they have a genuine shot at making our first team..preferably also nowhere that a millionaire footballer might like to live. 2) be weary of signing young players from countries that don`t have a history of success.they will be hyped up and not have the infrastructure of football legend gurus to bring them down to earth. 3) don`t let any player worth keeping or atleast due a high transfer fee for go within a year of becoming a free agent. 4)work better towards having in-house replacements for as many positions as possible.through youth to 1st team integration.

I see it as being between A) them having confidence in Jose and letting him do what he wants or B. they see his past history and realize he`s on track to implode and so they refuse to let young talent go because they think he`s gonna leave soon no matter. I see Jose wanting to do it..just a case of if their club will allow it and prefer to try to keep Jose over Martial. I think both players would welcome the move.

player/s plus cash deal I could see happening but not the straight 75m. maybe Drinkwater plus cash..

PSG got too many quality keepers, really think we could get one of theirs at short notice. we aren`t going to get someone of Courtois on field quality but could get someone to give us time to find our longterm replacement or help Bulka grow into that role. a goalkeeper with less talent than Courtois could give us a better season than having a half hearted Courtois.

only transfers I see us possibly bringing in now involve a Willian and cash for Martial as 1 in 1 out for them aswell as us. and possibly one of the PSG keepers. I`m thinking along the lines that nobody will want to let a key player go with so little time before window closes. for us in the EPL atleast ,so there`s a slither of hope that we can sign somebody from abroad whose club has longer to get a replacement or from the well run clubs that already have their replacements in place. the best transfer we could possibly make would be transferring Marina into a non-football related job.and get proper qualified football people in. I don`t know if she has video footage of Roman noshing on goat cock or what that keeps her in her current position.

we will find out in time but wouldn`t shock me atall if Hazard is moved from the left flank. either to a more central position or on the right..(with some interchanging of course) I understand the qualities playing a left footer on the right,right footer on the left but do think it can be overplayed and does have some negative aspects to it sometimes. most of us have presumed that is where Hazard is going to be and it may be so..i`m just saying I`m not making that presumption. he hasn`t played for Sarri yet.

4 spots for LW/RW starter and depth of Hazard,Pedro,CHO and anyone of Pulisic or Bailey I`d be more than happy with. this year is the perfect year to give young a genuine shot. youth may be inconsistent but that`s what we get with most of our senior players. only youth got more chance of improving. even tho certain positions when we are talking players capable of incredible moments of skill are less likely to ever be able to pull it off week after week the way a great defender can. I don`t see Sarri being under great pressure this season..if he can get us moving in the right direction working to bridge the gap on the ground we have lost ready to challenge for the big trophies in year 2.

quality player.be a good fit for us I think.but not convinced we could get him..Arsenal only really part their cheeks for the Manc clubs.

I read he`s a Man U fan.i know he`s britains richest man and has the clout to get us back on top again.and well Roman didn`t have an interest in us until he flew over Stamford Bridge on the way to supposedly trying to buy one of a few other clubs including Tottenham. if he`s spending big enough money to buy us he will soon become a fan.;) I just read he does infact have a season ticket with us as he lives near here.

I did mention on here about a month or so ago that I wouldn`t be shocked if we were being sold behind the scenes..not saying this is really going to happen but it would make sense with how strange our summer has been with no sense of urgency to get a coach and new players or selling them.

I`d be cool with Jim Radcliffe owning us if Roman continues to want Marina running transfers. more than twice as wealthy as Roman and may sort out the running of the club to include more football people. only downside his age really.

Brazilian footballers don`t have the exotic names they used to have like Pele,Zico,Socrates,Josimar any more...instead they seem to take their names from 70`s british sitcoms..Fred,Bernard..i say we hold out for Bert and Reg. or alternatively rescue Oscar from football wilderness..he may be a good fit for Sarri-ball.

i feel he wanted to join us. but there is only a certain time anyone should wait before getting the impression somebody is not really interested in them. we give out that impression a lot I think with Marina in charge of these matters..taking vacations during the transfer window..the time when she is needed to work most.
