Is he so wrong to choose City though? It seems like they're going to win the league this season, now logically that means they're going to begin an era of dominance. I accept that might not be the case, but it's the most likely scenario considering the amount of capital they have and they would only look to strengthen their squad. That means they're more likely to pose a bigger threat to Europe & England than Man United or Chelsea. At the moment anyway. Therefore you simply cannot blame Hazard. Yes, he'll get a bumper deal with his contract, but he'd get a great deal at United & Chelsea too.. We'd pay extraordinary wages so why can't someone like Arsenal turn around and say the same thing if he'd join us? "he's chasing the money". Like Term said, you shouldn't point the blame at Hazard, point it at City for going after a player they don't need but want.
