Nah, Mikel is limited and is the typical guy that is happy to play less than 10 league games per season and his wages are cheap, and his market price is pretty low. To other side, average players like Matic, with not so cheap wages and with a decent market value should be sold in order to get some money.

I hope the next manager is a low profile one, like Hiddink. Someone that won't be creating controversies on a weekly basis or giving answer in press conferences that are designed to be in papers headlines, or someone that won't be trying to motivate the players with provocative strategies, or always talking about himself and taking a dig at Wenger just to play for the gallery. Hiddink's strategies and results are not what we wanted, but its really refreshing that football became the subject again and the players are the protagonists again. For me thats the biggest difference before and after Mr. Special One.

Considering the team had 9 defeats out of 16 games before he was appointed, I think its more than "slightly" better. Still far from good enough, but definitely way better than before. I think its really strange when people say nothing changes after he was appointed, of course the team is still mediocre, but before it was worst than mediocre.

Horrendous starting line up that produced when of the worst pieces of football I've ever seen in first 20 mintutes of 1st half. To be fair the changed the team approach when a goal was needed. The think I like this Hiddink side is the team never give up. Showed some intensity in final minutes.

All Pedro can do is get the ball and run without even Watching whats going on around, untill he does something pretty stupid. Its really embarrassing to imagine Tatá Martino used to play Pedro over Neymar.

We are not talking about a player like Hazard playing as CF, or a player like Mata playing as a winger that is supposed to mark the opponents and is stuck in the left side of the pitch, or even Ramires playing as winger. Those player were playing out of position. You can't say the same about Matic. You are only saying the same thing I've been saying about Matic since day one: he is a one dimensional player. A player that would do fine in one very specific tactic, approach and position. If he can't even play as a 2nd DM otherwise he will play like a headless chick, as you said, then he is no more than an one dimensional player. Matic is not dynamic and he is incredibly slow. He is one of the main reasons why this team has always been so vulnerable to counter attacks.

We all know there is one big reason why people hate Emenalo: he went to tv and talked about José getting sacked and named him "the individual". That was way too much for some people who see José as some kind of football god.
