  1. Not sure where you are coming from. Cuadrado is doing really good for Juve, and I don't how you can believe his few minutes for Chelsea speak more about his football than what he has been doing for Juve.
  2. I'm glad its not Allegri. His tactics today were too Mourinhoesque for my taste. Replacing two men who were responsible for that legendary second goal in a silly atempt to secure the result was a terrible decision.
  3. Lol Mouirnho's widows give us the best and most nonsensical posts in this topic.
  4. This topic is 100% pointless. This squad is weak, and nobody should leave, even for a decent amount of money. Some list here are asking for like 10 players who are regular on the first team for part seasons to leave. Do you really believe we are getting 10 players in the summer that are better than those ones you want out of the club? Actually the main reason of the current state of things is this kind of mentality: this player is not good enough to start games, so he must be sold. Its time to stop the madness, Traore and Loftus Cheek are not better than the likes of Oscar and Pedro. Give them enough playing time and a couple of bad results, and everyone will ask for more experienced players. They are not special at the moment, and they should be introduced slowly in the team, they are not the quick solution. In the past people were praising the board for selling player (thats a stupid thing to do actually) and now we have a weak squad, and what I seen most people here asking is to sell even more players.
  5. 1st Lukaku's goal is perfect to understand Chelsea since 2013. A rejected player humilliated average players like Azpilicueta and Cahill, who were praised since 2013 as world class by a special manager. Its a joke that in 2016 in the starting line up we have Mikel, Cahill, Azpilicueta and Ivanovic, 4 players that looked like kids against Lukaku, a former player who was considered worst than Torres.
  6. Come on, Traore has been pretty meh, he scored 4 goals, okay, nice, but to be honest Kenedy impressed me more. Every time Costas was replaced for Traore, the team completely lost the attacking power, and Pato is even behind Remy in the picking order. Pato doesn't getting a chance only speaks about Pato himself and not a single thing about Traore.
  7. That wasn't a bite, looked more a gay assault than anything. (Nothing against being gay).
  8. Lost of players are playing through pain, not only in football, but in many sports around the world. No doubt the pain will affect the performance, but that won't explain why he has been so shit, unless he was playing injured the whole season, and thats not the case. Costa was playing under pain and was easily our best player. After 2012 UCL Final David Luiz revealed that one day before that final he wasn't sure If we was able to play and he suffered from pains the whole game.
  9. Agree that wasn't exactly a Mikel's mistake, to other side, when you realize Rabiot was almost inside the goal when he scored, its really hard to point the fingers to attacking player for not being marking the man in that positions of the field.
  10. Lol Not the 1st time I see you using argument of authority quoting whoscored. Mate, who cares about whoscored? Who cares If a stats site gave Mikel 6.2. Mikel was far form great, but he wasn't the worst Chelsea player on the pitch. Football is NOT about stats and this kind of objective numbers. For example, a player like Azpilicueta, in terms of stats, might be doing better than Mikel, but at the end of the day "whoscored" will evaluate his crucial mistake in the same way it evaluates a mistake from Mikel in not dangerous area of the pitch. In a Game that the CF barely touches the ball, he will get a low score, but the problem might be playmakers unable to give him the ball, and that problem you won't see in the stats, and stats won't tell you the difference between a legendary goal and a tap in.
  11. Mata was sold based on 3 months of bad football.
  12. No. Mata was easily your best player, by far, in 2012/13 season.
  13. He is not saying the player must be a Chelsea fan, but he must show commintment while playing for Chelsea, like Costa.
  14. This kind of mentality is the reason why this squad is so weak at this moment. Okay, he has a nononsensical approach, but he has always been average. "Oh, he was great last season". Huth has been great for Leicester this season, but he is not a top defender by any means. Really odd that months ago people were saying he should be the next captain.
  15. He is the quick solution to Matic, limited DM once called world class.
  16. Yesterday the 2nd Mourinho's era was oficially over in a pretty depressing way. The team was beaten with a pathetic line up. Kenedy, a promissing attacking player playing as a LB, while Felipe Luis was discarded after one single season because Mourinho believed he wasn't good enough to replace Azpilicueta, a player that was supposed to be so good that the team would win UCL with 11 Azpilicuetas, but made a stupid mistake to let PSG score a hope killer goal, a CB duo that will, beyond doubt, conced at least a goal per game, despite Mourinho praising both players as world class, and an unfinished product (Traore) as the best answear to the absence of Diego Costa, easily the best player of the game, because Jose decided the likes of Lukaku, Schurle and Salah weren't good enough, while Falcao was. What about Oscar? Remember that José decided he was his #10 player, so Mata was useless? Yesterday's depressing defeat was the final chapter of a tragedy. Its quite pathetic that some people seem to get excited when they imagine Mourinhod returning one day, specially when they spent years talking about how "long term" and "stability" are better than "short term success". Winning PL and in the process condeming the team to a HUGE crisis that will require years to recover from is far from "statable".
  17. Its easy that after Robben won 2013 UCL with Bayern. Robben left Chelsea in 2007 because we had a croweded squad. Ballack, Essien, Lampard and Makelele were making the mid and in Robben's position Joe Cole was the player of that season. Robben wasn't essential back them and he wasn't getting enough playing time. He was decent for Real, but that Real side was pretty average, just think that the likes of Huntelaar were playing for that team. H really flourished at Bayern, but before 2013 there were many questiona about his status as a great footballer, since he was known as a player that could not decide big games. Back in 2007 selling Robben was far from a mistake, and If he wasn't missing penalties in semi final against Liverpool, perhaps we would have one more CL. About Hazard, its different, he is getting enough playing time and the squad is limited, and he doesn't want to play here anymore. There is no reason why you should keep a player under those circunstances, specially when PSG is willing to break the bank.
  18. I really get angry when I read this fucking nonsense.
  19. Represents the post 2012 UCL Final Chelsea, a team that lacks identity and ambition, Azpi was this typical Emenalo guy, a promissing U21 player from any place in the world that was turned into a LB when Mourinho panicked and decided Cole was not good enough, but somehow Mourinho thought he was so good, that he sold Luís back to Atletico after one single season. This team is paying the price for believing winning the PL means the same thing as in the past. Leicester is set to win the PL this season, but no one is saying Huth is great or world class. Azpi is not great. Call him normal, average or mediocre, but isn't great. He Can't cross, the Can't even make simple things right, like that moment before the 2nd PSG gol when he interceptes an Ibra's pass, but was unable to make a simple pass to Costa and completely killed a precious counter attack opportunity. Azpi is hardworking, he can make some good things, he is not terrible, but not great. I Can't believe some people firmly believe he is world class. Its not a coincidence that the team was beaten by stupid defensive mistakes in both games, with terrible performances from Azpi, Iva and Cahill, players who were praised by Mouinho for months, and were called world class by many fans, and the best "defender" today was Kenedy, a player who is not even a defender and wasn't part of the amazing untouchable Mourinho's back 4. And no, that wasn't an isolated mistake, as some people were suggesting in game topic, this was the most important game of the season, and this is the kind of game that is the difference between great players and normal ones.
  20. Geez, team lost all atacking power after Costa left. Traore is only a half player at this moment.
  21. Who said the clown called Azpilicueta is world class?
  22. argument from authority that lacks substance, the discussion about biologic factors and sports is a huge one, and I could quote many "authorities" that disagree with Dr. Alun Williams, Director of the Manchester Metropolitan University’s Cheshire Sports Genomics Laboratory, but I'm too bored now to have this kind of discussion in 2016.
