I saw Marcotti saying this on video stream he is 10000000% full of shit he isn't even aware that we did NOT request a freeze -
Sorry, nope I see none on the team, and a shit tonne of fucked up negotiations
-
Conte did not get his signings the board fucked them all up, he NEVER ask for the insane £69m (salary plus fees) Drinkwater nightmare we fucked up basically everyone he asked for (easy list because he named them on dozens of occasions) Alex Sandro Alex Telles Nainggolan Sergi Roberto Corentin Tolisso Alessandro Florenzi Koulibaly Miralem Pjanic Romagnoli Brozovic Bernardeschi Icardi Belotti Immobile Zaha Candreva (no great loss)

Dutch were spent at the end, had one less day to recover, plus lots of players went deep into the CL and league cups/league play they need to find an upgrade at fullback (especially LB) and striker and another creative MFer

Bernardo is such a beast, ffs, why did we go for fucking Bakayoko off that Monaco team, grrrrrrrrr I still am so bitter about that
-
1 nil Portugal, great attack
-
much better game the 2nd half, both teams are playing like it is a WC knockout stage I would bring on Donny van de Beek
-
I am shocked some EPL teams have not made plays for them tailor made for the EPL
-
why surprising (not that I think they have been THAT great)? look at their attackers Bruno Fernandes Cristiano Ronaldo Gonçalo Guedes Bernardo Silva if that lot doesn't get you a tonne of shots on goal, something is really wrong plus they have two really aggressive fullbacks and on the bench the most aggressive RB in the world atm, Cancelo plus they can toss in the 19yo wild card Joao Felix and pull one of their two pure defensive MFers (Danilo Pereira and William Carvalho, who are clones of each other) and bring on long range bomber Rúben Neves

Whilst obviously it is not the CL, it does have actual CL teams in it (3rd place drop downs) and is far from a weak competition, it is not a cakewalk like you make it out to be. some of the teams in it this year Benfica (CL next year) Napoli CL drop down (CL next year, 2nd place in Serie A by a mile) Inter CL drop down (CL next year) Valencia CL drop down (CL next year) Sporting Lisbon (CL next year) Bayer Leverkusen (CL next year) AC Milan (EL next year, lost out on CL by one point) Villarreal (drew or beat all the top 8 La Liga teams, knocked out a really good Sporting side) They did utterly collapse the second half of La Liga. RB Salzburg (CL drop down, CL next year, deep run in Europe in 2018,(almost made it the EL final), were ranked as high as the 18th best team in UEF in 2018, although they have lost key players, 6 in a row Bundesliga champs, 7 out of 8) If they were in the EPL (and thus had that additional money) and able to keep their players they have developed over the past 5,7 years, they would be potential top 7 team, they have a superb board and scouting, Best-run smaller league club in Europe. Marseille (lost the last EL final to Atetico Madrid) AM being in the EL shows its strength as well. Chels Arse The last 10 winners Six CL/European Cup trophies between them, plus six runners up 13 EL/UEFA Cup trophies, and none of those teams have ever lost an EL/UC final 7 UEFA Super Cup Trophies, 12 runners up 1 FIFA World Club trophy, 1 runner up (Chels, the only Trophy we do not have now) 4 Intercontinental Cup trophies, 1 runner up 65 League winner trophies 115 league cups 211 major domestic, Europe and World trophies, split between 5 clubs that is hardly chopped liver

Barkley is becoming a vital part of the England squad, he had another good game today (he was our only decent MFer in the loss to the Netherlands)
-
I wish it was £90K PW (still outrageous yet it is almost 8 million quid LESS than what he is paid over 5 year contract) Donkeywater pulls down £120K per week on a five year contract plus a £3m signing bonus, so that's around ,,,,,£34.2m PLUS his £35m trans fee equals around £69m total cost

Ouch!!!

well forgot all that, lol Manchester United have offered Juan Mata a new deal after months of speculation about his future at the club. https://extra.ie/2019/06/08/sport/soccernews/new-deal-for-mata

even if he comes on a free, we cannot register him never was my favourite, but I could see him playing a role due to injures, he isnt ancient, just turn 31 a little over a month ago, still has a couple part-time years left in him, or a starter at a lower club he would be a great signing for Mourinho at Newcastle (if the rumours of that are true) or Brighton or Palace or SOTON
