Liverpool to pounce for £50m man after Bayern decision on Man City star https://www.teamtalk.com/news/liverpool-to-pounce-for-50m-man-after-bayern-decision-on-man-city-star dog help us and the EPL if the Bindippers pull Werner Not the best move for me in regards to Bayern, Lewandowski is 31yo this coming season and Bayern are loaded at LW, Gnabry has been forced to play RW, but to me he is a natural LW, and they also have a really good Kingsly Coman, plus Alphonso Davies (who can play, like Gnabry, either side) I am shocked they are not all in for Pepe, and I just do not see why Shitty would sell Sane, Bernardo can slide into Silva's role, and they can start Sane and Sterling Do not get me wrong, I would KILL to have Sane here, I so rate him removing the big 5 (Messi, Eden, CR7, Salah, Neymar) << and doesnt it just suck that we had 2 of the 5, roflmoooo the best wingers in the world for me are are a simple list (and small, and freakishly dominated by Shitty in one form or another) in no order Sterling Bernardo Silva Jadon Sancho Sane Sadio Mane Ousmane Dembele Nicolas Pepe Vinícius Júnior ( I have NO idea how the hell RM is going to rotate FOUR basically pure LWers (Eden, Vinicius, Asensio, and the brand new 18yo, Rodrygo) Heung-min Son Federico Chiesa (let's all hope CHO and Pulisic can climb onto here in a couple years)

Report: Manchester City close to Joao Cancelo deal https://www.sportsmole.co.uk/football/man-utd/transfer-talk/news/report-man-city-close-to-cancelo-deal_362102.html Manchester City are reportedly close to finalising their first piece of business of the summer as Juventus have agreed to sell Joao Cancelo. The 25-year-old has spent just one season at the Allianz Stadium, featuring 34 times in all competitions. Italian outlet Calciomercato claims that incoming Juve boss Maurizio Sarri is prepared to sanction Cancelo's exit because of tactical reasons. City are now expected to wrap up the transfer to add some competition for Kyle Walker at right-back. Cancelo, capped 14 times by Portugal, has also previously been touted as a target for Manchester United. Meanwhile, Walker is rumoured to be on the brink of signing a contract extension at the Etihad Stadium to keep him tied down until 2024 snip

Big words from a wizard I still rate a HEALTHY De Bruyne, BUT, I would probably take de Jong if I was building a club, as De Bruyne is 28 in a month and de Jong only just turned 22. Oki, I lie, I would take them BOTH, roflmaoooooooo Toss Saul in there and you have by far the best MF since Xavi/Iniesta/Busquets Barca halcyon days

Yep, I know, especially with Kovacic now probably too high a price (Real can fuck off with the €50m ask, €35m oki)
-
One thing I will say AFTER Feb 22 and onward, ie. Feb 29th, and then all of March, April, May, other than Shitty (H) and the Bidippers (A) it is hardly a killer we should clean up
-
ouch
-
all the better reason to hire Mo
-
I do not care what they spend, I just fucking hate them, lolol

He is a super solid CB, but is nowhere near de Ligt level. That said I would LOVE him on our team, he is tailor-made for the EPL, pacey and strong, good size (1.87m), and good at distribution IF we had a summer window (we will not, I am 90% sure of thsi, barring some miracle)these are the 6 CB's I would be looking at José Giménez (crazy hard pull, put he is the best on this list) Marquinhos (probably out of our price range) Alessio Romagnoli (will be just as hard a pull as the top 2) Ibrahima Konaté (a 20yo monster, Koulibaly potential clone, but bigger, 1.93m, IF he is available in summer 2020, I would so grab him) Rúben Dias Evan N'Dicka (next summer, if he progresses even more (he is still only 19, turns 20 in August, and if all those other 5 above are gone or undoable, he is who I would grab) (Skriniar is off the table, de Ligt will not come here, Varane now isnt leaving, Koulibaly is too expensive, and next year too old (29yo on June 20th, 2020) for the amount of money the Poison Dwarf will still ask for, we botched Éder Militão and Lucas Hernández, and Umtiti looks broken atm)

Chelsea banned for TWO transfer windows
Vesper replied to xPetrCechx's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
No, in theory, if we win the appeal, the only window we would end up missing is summer 2019. Summer 2020 (either way, win or lose) is fine UNLESS CAS increases our punishment, which, as I have been warning, is possible (just not likely, unless the new Football Leaks shit is taken into account, BUT I see that having to go through FIFA first). IF the new shit goes to FIFA, and even more comes out, we maybe looking at a rinse, wash repeat of all this all over again next summer. AND, (I have to say I do NOT see this happening) if that happens, and a myriad number of further serious breaches are found, then we could be looking at what would amount to the destruction of the club for years at a top level. I am talking (again in theory and HIGHLY unlikely) 2 MORE FULL YEARS of bans (as we would be considered a serial offender), so that would wipe out 6 windows en toto: summer 2019, Jan 2020, summer 2020, Jan 2021, summer 2021, and finally January 2022. Summer 2022 would be our next transfer window. That is basically a partial death penalty and I see NOTHING, even the new shit from FB, that rises to warrant THAT level of draconian punishment. Neither FIFA or CAS want to literally destroy a top 10, to 15 footie club, they just want to sanction/punish when clear laws are broken to keep us and other abusers from breaking them. A transfer ban until summer 2022, combined with a few bad injury breaks and say some refusals to renew of key plays (and obviously the age of many of our already ageing players) would put us into a possible relegation battle for the 2021-22 season. That is a level of club destruction that I cannot see FIFA and CAS and UEFA and the FA allowing to happen. I think if THAT happened and the FA and UEFA allowed it, that might mean the breakup of the big five leagues (especially if other massive clubs are severely punished during that period too) and a new 20 team (or so) European Super League founded. All the big teams quite possible may tell the EPL, La Liga, Ligue 1,Serie A and the Bundesliga (AND, by proxy the FA, and the German, Italian, Spanish and French football associations, PLUS UEFA itself) to go fuck themselves with a rusty spanner. -
what IF Sarri stays? (crazy U-Turn rumours abound) IF Sarri stays we simply must buy him, as backup to Jorginho Ampadu has injury issues every other month it seems and needs more playing time so should be loaned out
-
RLC will be out longer than CHO and it looks like we will not buy Kovacic now that Sarri is out soon. alo, Reece is injured (not as badly as the other 3, including Rudiger) as well. 25 man Roster GK Kepa GK Willie GK Jamal Blackman CB Rudiger (once recovered) CB Zouma CB AC CB Luiz (also, loan Ampadu, UNLESS Sarri leaves and we do not buy Kovacic) LB Emerson LB Kenedy (who can play backup LW as well) (SELL ALONSO!!!!!!!!!!! <<< my one one burning passion left to do, along with the metal satisfaction of selling Donkeywater) RB Reece James (once recovered) << he gives CB depth as well RB Azpi (sell Zappacosta) DHMF Jorginho DHDMF Kovacic (only if Sarri stays, if he leaves and we do not buy him, Ampadu goes here) CMF Kante CMF Bakayoko (SELL DRINKWATER) AMF RLC (once recovered) AMF Barkley AMF Mount (would have loaned him out, but RLC injury fucked up that) LW CHO (once recovered) LW Willian RW Pulisic RW Pedro CF Bats CF Giroud CF Tammy
