What a crock of shit these rumours are. Take them with a pinch of salt because it's beyond a joke really. One day ago Allegri had agreed a 4 year deal and now we're talking to Conte's reps. These journalists are all over the place at the moment, seems as though majority of them have just woken from a coma with how haphazard their reporting has been.

As long as our new manager beats his Utd side i couldn't give a shit.
-
Still people on here who want to be negative about it
-
Is it Serbians that have a poor mentality ? Surely not considering Novak Djokovic is a boss.
-
At his age he needs a consistent run of games. He is just rotting on the bench at the moment and it's not good to see. The frustrating thing about it all is Azpilicueta need not be at LB. Why Ivanovic cannot make way for a few games to allow Azpilicueta to RB and Baba at LB i do not know. We struggle in games because Ivanovic can barely cross a ball, or at least he can but it takes him about 10 attempts to get a good one in the box, and Azpilicueta bombs forward, remembers he's right footed, cuts back onto his right foot and passes it sideways. We have absolutely zero width or natural overlapping from the full backs so our chances of pulling teams wider to make space for our creative players or just getting a good few crosses into the box are hindered.

Jose certainly defended it
-
Impressive given, like i mentioned previously, the injuries he had to key players. Mourinho was fortunate to have an injury free team for majority of his tenure here.
-
Well Pellegrini has also had to work around injuries to some of his key players such as Silva, Aguero, Kompany. You think we would have won the league last season if Costa, Terry and Hazard were injured? Man City also got drawn in tough groups and got drawn tough teams in the knockout rounds of the CL. Pellegrini has inside knowledge of City too, so would likely know his key players weaknesses and strengths to pass on when we play against them next season. He would have us playing flowing, attacking minded football and bring some kind of philosophy of a specific style of football, of which we all have been craving.
-
What is the high on Simeone, though? He is way too similar to Mourinho in tactics and, i for one, do not like that style of play. I want us playing nice football, not defending against the big boys and getting red cards every other game. Simeone's Atletico are way too thug like in their approach at times and it's not something i am personally a fan of; if you are then fair enough.
-
Unfortunately, i don't think Hiddink has the tactical nous to go 1 on 1 with the likes of Pep or Jose in the Premier League. We need a manager who can go head on with the big boys.
-
We need to go all out for Gundogan because we'll need a strong midfield next season.
-
You damn right. Even if he allows our position in the table to slide, he doesn't allow his fashion the same privilege.
-
Well to be fair, Ivanovic is 31 years old, Terry is 35. Ivanovic has leader qualities and would be one of the more experienced players if Terry left.
-
I see Pep will get a modest budget when he goes to City. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/feb/01/pep-guardiola-manchester-city-new-manager-summer
-
Pellegrini's PL win % after 99 games is 64.7% - higher than anyone who has lasted as long except Ferguson and Mourinho . #MCFC #Guardiola

True, but like i said he's one of the best managers so why would he choose any other club in England over City? Why would he choose us? Or Utd? Or Arsenal? It's been proven our board is incompetent and we enjoy spending money on mediocre players, meanwhile City actually have a competent board with a vision, and spend their money wisely. Can't blame him for choosing them.
-
Yeah it's not ideal, but to be honest Guardiola is rated as one of, if not the best manager in football right now so why wouldn't he choose the best club in England?
-
What's happened to the Egyptian Messi we loaned out?
-
Dunno why we don't loan out more players to Spain. It is a great place to develop for youngsters.
-
Good move that. I don't know much about Betis, but will he certainly get a place in the first team?
-
Costa is still a very good striker, but i would love, love, love to see Lewandowski in a Chelsea shirt. Gundogan, Reus or Dybala (if Hazard leaves) and Lewandowski in the summer. C'mon Roman, get negotiating I jest of course, but wouldn't this be fantastic?
-
Swapping one injury prone striker for another. lol. At least Pato might take his chances when he's available to play though, unlike Remy.
-
Anyone watch him on the regular? The last time i watched him was when we played Napoli. How has he been performing at PSG? I don't understand why we insist on spending money needlessly. It isn't my money, of course, but you would think if we were going to chuck money around, it would be for higher calibre players for christ sake. 8-10 mil for Pato and another similar amount for Lavezzi doesn't sound like much, but it soon adds up, and then you look back and realise we could have bought a top player for that money. We went and spent 30 mil+ on Willian and Pedro when we could have bought Sanchez. No idea why we didn't do it. Torres for 50 mil instead of Aguero, and the list goes on...
-
Cech is an experienced keeper now, though. Remember when he was Courtois' age? I don't like how people are so fast to jump to criticise him when he lets in a goal. The defence in front of him should be doing better to protect him from having to concede those silly goals.

Take your chance Charly, please. I hope he turns out to be a real success here. So much hype, just hoping he lives up to it.
