  1. Don't want to be that guy but i would not be surprised if Baba makes a sub appearance instead of starting. Also INB4 Azpi being benched instead of Ivanovic.
  2. This If i can simply name the biggest issue with Mou is his lack of foresight and extremely short term oriented. When he came here instead of trying to build a sustainable successful side, Mou came here looking for instant results. Well he got his instant results now we are facing his actions. If there is one position that perfectly describe his short comings is how he handled Ivanovic and Flipe Luis. The fact is we would not have our biggest culprit Ivanovic if Mou took a proactive approach to the position, and saw that long term Azpi and Luis is better solution going forward. But Mou saw we were getting results, and could not think beyond that.
  3. What Mou says to the media is not an issue, in fact I would say it's quite proper. I get where Mou is coming from, he wants to send out the message nothing is wrong and there is no crisis. Saying otherwise would invite more media frenzy and circus, that would not help. last thing we need is amplyfy the media pressure. has not done a lot of things right this season, but that is not one of them.
  4. If the board sacks Mou in the near future it really shows their incompetence and lack of foresight. They gave this man a 4 year contract extension a few months ago and now to fire him in the near future is quite fickle. If you believed Mou was the right man in the summer, nothing should change now. Mou is still the same man who won the double and the same man who is leading our worst start in over 20 years. I remember my suggestion to not give him a contract extension was not taken so nicely. Was a bad idea to give Mou a contract extension in the summer knowing his teams have historically peaked in his second season and third seasons have historically been a disaster.
  5. Agreed You Can tell a lot about a player quality and importance when their absence is felt. His absence is proving he is vital.
  6. Expecting two changes from our last game 1. Cahill replaces Zouma or Terry 2. Oscar(if fit) replaces Mikel, if not expecting Willian back in the starting squad.
  7. How good are they? equivalent to a Championship side? League one? League 2?
  8. Lukuku is garbage didn't even look half good against the worst defense in the league. While we made Naismith look world class in this game. Smh still think this guy would have a better career as a bodybuilder then a footballer.
  9. What is up with the Carlo suggestion? please tell me how that would be a move in the right direction? side way at best, and maybe the most unoriginal hiring ever. I am actually looking forward to an explanaion.
  10. Not always the case though, i can name many cases where it is the opposite. In fact i would say it is usually the case, it is a major reason why players flop when they move to a bigger club. By your statement Cuadrado should have done better at Chelsea, since he moved to a team with better players. Coutinho is focal point of Rodgers liverpool team, he benefits greatly by having a team surronded by him and given so much freedom. At a bigger club, less would be done to accomdate him and given less freedom. Look at Alexis Sanchez, he has benefited greatly from moving from Barca to Arsenal. Better talent at Barca, he does better when he is the focal point. ex: Arsenal and Chilie. Sure being surronded with greater talent has its advantage, but on a great team you are usually just another piece to the team. Some players excell at a role type where others need greater freedom and accommodation. You could make an argument Oscar would look much better at Liverpool if he was given more freedoom and the team was surronded to meet his needs.
  11. The fact he is so technical, makes me doubt our interest in him. Doesn't fit the profile of our recent signings.
  12. Surely he will start a few games no? At very least against Walsall. Hope he is tested and given a chance before applying for emergency loan. Horrible message to send out to the player if otherwise, basically saying you are not valued only reason you are at Chelsea is because of your English passport and regulation purposes.
  13. I was thinking the same thing, maybe United. But pool wouldn't sell to them.I think Pool is Coutinho level, he is where he should be. Edit: so he is out against Everon? If so hope RLC is given a rare start.
  14. I honestly can not see how anyone would rate Bale over Hazard. Madrid fans would kill to see that brain dead turkey leave their club.
  15. he said top players, Stones is not a top player.
  16. agrreed hopefully the action FA take is allow B sides like the likes of La liga and Bundesliga. The volume of loans is only due to no alternative to status quo.
  17. Nice, but I think you are forgetting about Salah and Cuad no?
  18. Not sure why people are worried of him being shunned. This is the type of player that would give Mou a boner; physical, athletic, fast, no technical ability, etc. this is the type player that might play even without merits. Smh I am worried about seeing him in midfield over the inexperienced and young RLC. I am dreading that scenario and others, not sure what you guys are dreading over. It is honestly expected that Mou never heard of this guy or seen him play. I would be worried more then ever if he was following some random unknown player on a scrub team. That actually might explain why we are playing so badly.
  19. the actual interview if anyone interested https://www.voetbalkrant.com/nl/nieuws/lees/2015-09-03/charly-musonda-jr-staat-op-zijn-18e-voor-het-jaar-van-de-doorbraak-bij-chelsea Basically there were offers from other clubs, rather then going on loan Chelsea plan on using him and wants him to break into the squad.
  20. Apparently Mou convimnced him to stay instead of going on loan. http://weaintgotnohistory.sbnation.com/2015/9/3/9254373/musonda-happy-to-remain-at-chelsea-expecting-first-team-minutes
  21. I have no problem with this decision. Mou decided to pick players he has seen practiced on a regular basis over a player he has never seen or heard of. What is up with sad or unfair crap? I would probably feel much worse for Traore or Kenedy if they were left out. Imagine your manager picking a player he has never seen or heard over you? Pretty devasting and unjustifiable decision. Especially Mou who is quite big on training or practices. I have a quite of bits of anti Mou posts, I honestly can't fault him for this. Not like he has ostracized this fellow or Malouda him, he decided to pick players he trust and heard of. Nothing wrong with this.
  22. I don't know how long Mou and Chelsea relationship will last but it will always be a mutual separation.... Well officially at least, both parties would want to avoid sacking.
  23. I guess because they never had problems with excessive loaned players or attempts. But surely we are setting a unprecedented pace. I can name a bunch of players that could increase that 33 numbers.
  24. Damn I think FIFA or FA will eventually cap the numbers of loaned players the rate we are going at.
  25. I am not even mad, maybe because I believe this team has a lot of issues and surgeries is required. a few signings would have only provided a temporary band aid over the bigger issues. This may be a good thing in the long run.
