I'd totally agree with that. Many clubs are reluctant (naturally) to accept those terms, however, and buy-back clauses are equally as unlikely in situations like this. More of a case of the manager recognizing what is needed during the game after a certain time to get the desired result. As for leaving him out of the big matches, think that has been blown out of proportion. It's usually only City away and maybe 1-2 games at Arsenal. Otherwise, he's played in many of them.

I disagree. I think Terry is the main reason why Azpi plays on the left. Hazard's free(ish) role and not so great defensive abilities do play a part in this aswell but Terry's vulnerability against 1 on 1 situations is the main reason imo.
