If we have won any trophy the season would be a success no matter how small the trophy is. Transitional which we still managed to defeat 2 potential champion teams home and away+ beating the likes of Spurs and Arsenal 4/6-0? If by transitional it means struggling to find a way to break small teams down then I am lost for words. We should know they would have never let Rooney go especially since Moyes just came in and you think his 1st act is to sell one of his best player? Yh he probably told him to be more aggressive so Ramires started to get into more of those regularly. No the fallout reason doesn't make it a massive failure, all of these factors together does. Tell me what success we have apart from record against top 4-5 teams?

He won't win the craziness battle with LVG for sure if that is what he is trying for. VG is virtually the weirdest manager ever.

That is a bit over the top mate. But obviously we would look different if we had those 4+ RDM, he would have approached this game very much differently, we used to screw teams like this over last season until Rafa came in.

Trophyless, small fall outs with Torres, Eto'o, Hazard, Cole and Oscar at some point(still small for now but might not be in the summer if one of Hazard/Oscar are sold), sell Mata(OK might not be that bad but still), making Ramires a dirty player, didn't recall Courtois(again not that bad), refusing to sign Cavani/Costa last summer and instead chose Eto'o and Willian when we already had Kevin here then end up signing Salah to replace him anyway.

The only success we got this season is record against top 4 team and that is not exactly something to brag about for years to come.

OK screw it one of my expectation for next season is better football too. Not demanding we change into Dortmund/Liverpool/City attacking style but just need to be much better than currently. So that is BPL+ good football. Breaking buses down are one of the main priority.

Btw I think today performance also concluded the debate success/failure this season once and for all. If this is what you call success then might as well happy with top 4 each season then. So that is Palace, Norwich, West Brom, West Ham, Sunderland, Villa that managed to fuck us over, not good enough.

Today shows why we need him, if it comes down to him vs Jose I will probably take his side. Would rather have Klopp/Simione instead of Jose rather than the likes of Grizemann or Reus instead of Hazard

If we start next season in this same form, same pattern of play against these type of teams I don't think Jose will even make it past Xmas. Really really need to sort this attacking game plan out. And it is not even the striker problem either, doubt even with Costa today would have changed much. I think we deeply miss a true creative midfielder like Modric. Oscar is really not the perfect answer.

Kroos already mentioned he might join a team that don't have CL football, he just wants those money and he is not getting it at Bayern.

Well today is probably as closest to when our team will go all out attack and it just isn't working atm. If this is really Jose's best attacking plan I am seriously worried for next season even with Costa in our starting 11.

If this is what all out attack means for us then I think next season will be more of the same. Even with Costa it would be useless if he cannot even get on the ball.

Agreed the only manager that might be able to do better than Jose is Klopp or Simione or Carlo. I don't think anyone else would be able to do a better job.

Really really really hope PSG put in a 15-20m bid for him and we agree to sell, while bringing in Costa and Courtois from Atetico for next season. It been a geat run but his time has to becoming to an end now for Courtois to make it big for us.
