It would be funny that after probably about nearly 10 1st team players leaving this guy end up staying next season, that would be the biggest LOL ever and not surprise, this is football after all.
-
40-50m too and it is fine, we go for Reus or Gritzemann.
-
BTW could you imagine he moving to PSG for 50m and pick up a serious injury at WC that rules him out for the most of next season. That would literally be one of the biggest facepalm ever hahaha. Naaa but in honestly I hope he succeed at PSG, he has always given his all to us(well majority of the time) but he has been a good signing both on and off the field in general.
-
Paulinho for like 15-20m then no it is not mad as he is actually a good player capable of becoming one of the best cm in the world. He has shown potential at his old club and for Brazil. Just because he is playing for the Spuds doesn't make him a shit player.
-
And why should they? Unless they grew up supporting Chelsea like Lukaku. Football is just a job to them, what do you expect? Sometime the players stay in the job long enough to 'love it' but there is really no emotional connection. Lampard will now leave for free, but he still loves Chelsea. Love doesn't mean devoting your entire life to the club or play for free.

IT IS OFFICIAL GUYS, HE IS COMING BACK . Well unless we are planning to sell him or buy a backup to Cech as we have released both Hilario and Mark.
-
It was always gonna happen, especially since he is still on around £100k or more I think even with the latest contract. He should join the MLS then come back here in a couple of years to learn to coach.

1. Yes if they are being treated badly they can speak out. But not all the players will do it because they understand respect and honor. 3. As we can see, the best interest here is for Courtois to return and start every match for us. He is only doing himself a favor, not hurting anyone else. I call that being clever if you ask me, he isn't obliged to just follow whatever the club have planned for him, he needs to think about his own career too. Or maybe this is just his personality and we better accept it or let him go. Maybe he is truly this cocking person, but he is very talented so that issue could be ignored. My personal opinion is that as long as you play well, you can be as cocky as you one unless it starts to cross the line such as publicly insulting team mates, manager...etc.
-
If he isn't wearing a Chelsea shirt next season, we could be making a bigger mistake than Wenger did with Ibra/Yaya or MU did with Pogba.
-
Yes because it is democracy, if he has made those comments it would have been at a different club as I doubt he would still be making that unless he suddenly develop mental problems. If that are his opinions so be it, but since they are extremely negative it isn't alright? Btw for your 2nd point, he already said that after winning the La Liga. However, people I presumably keep asking him this question again today so obviously he would give the press what they want, no point just repeating yourself in the same manner isn't it. Everything he said is true, he didn't say to sell Cech or me. He simply said he respected Cech and believed him to be 1 of the best in the world. He was also honest about his option, he isn't gonna say I will come back and do whatever the manager tell me to do, even if it ruins my career. And the last point is that all this talking is TO GET ON THE PITCH FOR US. If he accepted his role like Lukaku in 11-12 he will most likely be benched for Cech as Cech have a much better fan base in Stamford Bridge and bigger say in dressing room. Courtois needs to start saying these things now to show that he isn't gonna just settle for what he got and indicate to the club/manager that he isn't afraid to walk away should it not go his way. He is entirely entitled to do that.
-
Wait until people claim he paid it back by scoring in the final of Europa now
-
Except that he is probably the best GK in the world atm and he is in high demand, if he was even put up for sale the likes of Madrid, Barca will all jump at him while Lukaku is for sale, the best teams he could get into are the likes of Arsenal/Spurs as he is not really world class yet.
-
Lukaku was willing to earn it as well in 11-12. Result is him being used not even 10 times and now he is an outcast. He is very clever, he knows that if he wants to 'earn it' he will have to wait for Cech to fuck up to get in and why should he? When Atletico and others are willing to pay top money for him and they are better than us atm. I doubt he is making assumptions, he already said he will sit down and talk to the club after the final so we will know by then.
-
He has been mad at almost everyone at Chelsea ever since Mata left, can't blame him for feeling too attached to a player
-
You don't survive in this world by being a 'nice guy', Mata is as nice as you can get and we just effortlessly fucked him off. Football is all a business and like all business, the club will make the decision that will be the best in the long term. Sometime it means upsetting the old orders, we have to accept it and move on. The only reason anyone would want to keep Cech over Courtois atm is out of laugh for his contributions which is nothing wrong, but it is clearly clouding their judgements. Courtois is atm A FAR BETTER PLAYER THAN CECH.
-
That is what the best players in the world do, they don't sit down and accept it. Check out some of his point blank saves this season:
-
Basically he just admitted that it is either gonna be him starting and Cech on the bench permanently or him leaving permanently. I hope it is the 1st option, Cech should respect the club and accept a Casillas role or he can go.
-
Naa people who find cancer cure deserves £1billion per year. Far better than the likes of Facebook founder...etc. But it doesn't work that way though.
-
No he doesn't, he is already on like £220k apparently with load of performance related bonuses, I would imagine with his form this season he would earn over 250k, probably 300k in some cases. Even Ronaldo and Messi are just earning about that much, and they are MUCH BETTER players than him. Also Suarez is on £200k and he seems really happy, and he even won the PFA too so Yaya just had a great season, but that is about it. He is talking as if he delivered the title all by himself or something.
-
Yes because we didn't offer him 2 years he wanted, Drogba all over again basically.
-
People talk about the likes of Costa, Mandzukic, Busquest being dicks but this is the true definition of a 'dick'. At least those tactics are to help the team/the player themselves on the pitch but this guy just thinking he is an almighty 'God'(his agent's words) after a great season. Yes he scored some amazing goals and scored over 20, but Lampard been doing this for years and he is a saint. I doubt Barca will sign him, especially since he is on like £200k+ now
-
Apparently PSG have offered 50m for him or mentioned a swap with Cavani. I hope neither is true, should be at least equal Bale fee or Cavani+£30m min but best option is for him to stay and we sign Cavani separately if we can.
-
Best solution for me would be whoever we sign to replace Cole or Dave step up and have a great season as well so Cole isn't missed. Then we win the BPL and Liverpool only finish in top 4 so in theory Cole's absence doesn't make that much difference.
-
Imagine he went on and become the best LB in BPL again for Liverpool, that would be Pirlo style fuck up by us, even worse than Milan.
-
Never gonna happen that way, at the very worst we will probably decide to try sign Balotelli for 40m or Cavani for 60m or something. I doubt the club and Jose will accept another season with the likes of those as strikers, well not unless we are aiming for 4th and FA Cup then it will be enough I think. Also just remembered Jackson Martinez is always available at 34m as release clause, always can go in for him as the last resort.
