Really isn't we all know we will sign a top class striker and probably a CM, even if not with Matic, Luiz, Lampard and Ramires it is more than enough. Yep I agree with BPL too. So far everyone posted in here agreed that we must win the league too.

What do we think is the expectations for Jose next season now we will be signing Costa/Cavani/Madzukic or whoever top class striker and probably a good CM too. For me it MUST BE TITLE, absolutely must be other while it is a failure and I wouldn't be surprised to see him get sacked at the end of it even if we come very close like this one. This season is a transitional season and we need to understand this will be the last one the club have in a while because after that top class striker arrives there are no more excuses. Imo min expectations for next are: At least around QF of Capital One Cup At least around QF or more of FA Cup MUST BE AT LEAST QF OF CL unless we get Real/Bayern in the last 16, even then we should have enough to get past Bayern, any other side and it is a must win even if it is Atletico again as they will probably be without Costa and maybe more MUST MUST MUST WIN THE BPL, a 2nd place finish even with 2 points off the top is not good enough. It is this season considering our resources but not the next I am sure we can all agree? Or at least I believe this is what the club will be aiming for. Failing to meet the last objective imo will cost him his job unless he wins the CL or Capital One+FA Cups. If you disagree post your own and in a year from now, we can all look back and judge it. No more of that success/failure voting threads will be needed.

Cut out the brain farts occasionally and he is a very good CM, ok maybe not very but good and better than most in BPL. I think he will be the new Mikel soon too and that is not a good thing but he will probably be here for a very long time so hate him all you want he is not going anywhere.

Terrible signing especially for our new policy. Good but not young and usually injured quite a few times each season as well. Might as well add £10m more for Shaw.

Then there is the 0-0 draw with Fulham, 1-0 lost to QPR and other bs results where we hardly create a single chance. People remember 1-2 of those games where we just beat Villa 8-0 and think that is the blueprint of Rafa. No it wasn't.

Not if you are David Moyes or Paul Lambert, Moyes been doing the same thing at Everton for 10 years then we can all see what happened to him at MU, same with Lambert where after 2 years his young promising team is going nowhere too. Sometime it is not the time but the strategy, it is pointless keep doing the same thing every year like Wenger and you will get the lost the same result. We need to change a little bit always even after a great season just to fall in with the rest. Atletico started out getting thumped every single time against Real and Barca at 1st too but they learn and adapted and now they are nearly impossible to beat. This is partly why Bayern got destroyed too, I doubt even if they were on last season form they could have beaten Real. It is all about always adapting a little bit on top of what you got to survive, Mou and Pep refused this season and they both got punished by teams who might not be as good on paper but still soundly be able to defeat.

He is going to boss every midfield around Europe in CL next season, really can't wait.

You want Shrek for £300k per week? He also missed like 2 clear cut chances and sent MU out of CL against Bayern. The thing is anyone would have been frustrated by us, hardly anyone score a hat trick against us or anything mate because we are very good defensively. Even the very best in Messi and CR7 found out in the past and Costa is no where near them. Don't judge him base on 2 matches against us but in general this season and 2nd half of last season he has been in world class form.

Anyone think he is better than Lucas? imo he and Hulk are the two best Brazilian wingers atm, obviously Neymar is better than both but he been a bit off form lately. Brazil got so many good wingers yet no top class striker because they rejected Diego Costa for Confederation cup last summer.

No you can't and that is why you shouldn't. Even if we have played Madrid I doubt they would have destroyed us with CR7 getting a hat trick or if we played Barca Messi either and they are both still top 2 players in the world atm. He isn't moody it is his character, we need to accept that. Btw for a starter he never drifted out of the game, have we seen any 10 mins period where he doesn't get involved with something? Even in the 1st half he was a constant threat and had a couple of shots too blocked.

Erm winning it? It is a good thing showing that he comes close many time but it is NOT AMAZING. In fact it was minimum expectations for some of the team he managed. Just like this season is a failure for Munich even if they already won the league. Amazing is stuff like Dortmund last season or Atletico atm or Porto 2003 or us 2012. That is amazing, it is not just about coming close but actually getting there in the end too

Pep, Ancelotti, think Van Gaal and maybe Hyenckes too, also Sir Alex and it is off the top of my head, I am sure there are more. It is a great record but nothing to be proud about or amazing. In fact coming close so many time is never a good thing either.
