Like many have said, we need to recall Courtois and sign a CM and 1-2 top class strikers with Costa being one. Parking the bus in any circumstance will not be acceptable again now we WILL have a top class striker, EVERY SINGLE MATCH we need to aim to score the goals, no matter if it is at Liverpool, City, Arsenal, MU or at Real Madrid, we just cannot repeat all out defence performance against Atletico again. Just that and winning us the title is the min expectation.

When he reaches his 'potential' maybe he will be better at it I would seriously doubt his true potential if he has a terrible upcoming WC, it might even be the nail in his Chelsea coffin

Yep but it makes sense though Cavani is not too happy there atm with his role and to replace I would say Gritzemann and move Hazard or Willian to the middle. Or sign someone like Reus who could play any of those 3 CAM positions too

I know but he is atm one of our better player so obviously we are going to overvalue him.For Luiz Barca already willing to pay 25m, if PSG want then 30m is not too unrealistic.

Cavani swap with Oscar, Luiz sold for 30-35m and we are all happy.

The thing is with Modric he doesn't actually improves his end product but rather his technique and being even more complete such as now he is very good at shielding the ball, defending...etc while his goals and assists stats are virtually the same since Spurs days unless you count having 2-3 more as an amazing improvement. I feel Willian will get a bit more end product if he is able to improve his technical side. I can recall quite a few times he messed up some attacks with his crosses or wrong decision making, for example that overhead kick at City.

Don't forget like £70m on Isco and Iralla or whatever his name is.
