  1. We need a European Champions flag or banner for the upcoming season. Oh i can just imagine how well that will go at shite fart lane
  2. So Drogba and Anelka up front, would love to see their games now but i bet that would be hard. Wish him all the best.
  3. 2010 shoulda been Milito indeed, everything he touched that season turned to gold. Iniesta will get it soon, he's an incredible talent, i don't think i've ever seen someone come through a clubs ranks and be so good. He's 28 now, he's due. I'd say 2010 - Milito 2011 - Messi 2012 - Ronaldo (although Messi's stats are ridiculous)
  4. Kept that quiet didn't ya scouse hater. Really nice flag, both the flags are perfect anyway. Hope these are kept anyway but maybe we get a new one to add to them, at least that blue one must stay for life. Can imagine if there was an announcement on Chelsea TV announcing the winner. "And this one from We Hate Scouse is our chosen flag for away games." of course you probably used your actual name but how funny would that sound on tv or radio. I'd love a flag saying "Your town, your Stadium, our Trophy" but maybe only when we get Bayern again.
  5. Dunno why but that pic just made me burst out laughing even tho it's such an obvious joke. Also gotta love Franks sense of humour naming his daughter Luna too.
  6. They will give it to Ronaldo because it's his turn and Real Madrid won the league. Lampard shoulda won it in 2005.
  7. They've had that kit for 6 years. Their fans dont even need to buy new ones, boring fuckers. Obviously the purple Liverpool is fake lol but why have they got 2 black ones? One must be training or something.
  8. Remember Essiens winner in that 2007 quarter final, big mistake from him being beaten at the near post. He's Reina like, amazing shot stopper but made the maddest one-off errors. I liked him tho, must admit even tho he looked about 60 years old with his grey hair. After knocking out Arsenal's 'invincables' we should've really won it but so many teams could say that in the 03/04 campaign. Monaco shouldn't have knocked us and Real Madrid out, Porto shouldn't have knocked Man Utd and Deportivo out and we shouldn't have knocked Arsenal out really. If Arsenal had beaten us, they would've won it without doubt. Arsenal's 200-2004 team were one of the best teams not to win it but that's what makes our 2004 triumph great. It didn't matter to us in the end but we stopped them from winning it. Shoulda been an Arsenal - Real Madrid final on paper. Hopefully many more to come now the monkey is off our back and we got that elusive one in the trophy room. So glad we have it on our honours list, were the first London team to win it and completely fucked Tottenham over in the process. Also the fact that JT, Lamps, Cole, Cech and Drogs won it on their last chance, destiny. I wouldn't have ever got it out my mind if those guys never lifted the UCL trophy with us, woulda stuck deep in me forever. Massive moment when Drogs put the pen away.
  9. Let's hope we're at least in there with a shot and battling for 1st not 4th. Last season was awful league wise, that cannot happen again. Make sure you don't get banned for writing 1/6 of the fixture list lol. It's a tough run in though, not sure how it compares with the rest.
  10. As TX linked to this thread it's only right to post here as we have made history and re written the history books. We've now done it and we are also 3rd in the Uefa club rankings. Back with the best. Maybe we can be better than the 04-08 side. Funny the article says 04-07, we got to the final in 08 and semi in 09. It's basically saying 'the Mourinho era'. I still feel for Valencia losing 2 finals back to back in 2000 and 2001. Juve have lost their last 3 finals and Bayern and Man Utd have lost their last 2. It's such a hard trophy to win and it will get harder now with City, PSG, Anzi, Malaga etc. Big monkey off the back now for us tho.
  11. Diego Maradona surely must be on that list. Ex Barca and Napoli in Europe. He won a Uefa Cup i believe but never 'ol' big ears'. I'm so glad our greats are now off that list. I feel sorry for Zlatan and Ronaldo, both played For Barca, Inter and Milan, Ronaldo played for Real Madrid too and Zlatan was at Ajax and Juve but none could win it. But Kalouda....
  12. What a poor offer lol, tight bastards. I never knew anything about him before i saw he was in fifa 12 south europe team of the year lol so thought he must be good. He has looked good at these euro's.
  13. 2012/2013 Opening Day Fixtures Arsenal v Sunderland Everton v Manchester United Fulham v Norwich City Manchester City v Southampton Newcastle United v Tottenham Hotspur Queens Park Rangers v Swansea City Reading v Stoke City West Bromwich Albion v Liverpool West Ham United v Aston Villa Wigan Athletic v Chelsea
  14. It's probably true that's why it's funny. Players are friends off the pitch and they talk. It wouldn't surprise me if it's true. Poor yido's.
  15. is there a chance that the viewing rep can change so the post where u got rep'd last was first. Just a suggestion, it don't really matter but i was thinking where i got rep'd and it was like on my 2nd page.
  16. Nobody cares the fixtures are here, just carry on n talk about em.
  17. Saturday May 4th, where we win the league at Old Trafford. Not looking good from September 29th - November 24th, very dodgy. After November it looks ok for a while. Nice to get both Arsenal games out the way early. End of season looks ok, i knows there will be a couple of hard games but that's to be expected. I think we'll beat Tottenham at home and win at Anfield this time. It looks spread out, looks fine for me. Wigan away... reminds me of something. Oh... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UaQS_xvlFXM
  18. He's a Legend. All hail Olajide! His vids are legendary, hilarious guy.
  19. I actually like Meireles, don't know why but i do, he does a decent job. Perfect squad player. He always looks pretty comfortable and composed on the ball and can get the odd goal. He works very hard too, never gives less than 100%. Not the best player in the squad but certainly not the worst.
  20. "It's better to be lucky than to be good"
  21. Totally over rated striker who is only good in the smaller leagues. He may suit a team like Villa, not us.
  22. Wahaay there's Chelsea hate too on that Celtic forum, love it. Learn something new every day, there was me always thinking that Celtic and Liverpool had a special relationship, but they are friends with the other side of Merseyside instead. Very interesting. Love hearing about other teams 'istory'
  23. I love it when legends come back, to see Marcel come back would be incredible to see, hope it happens.
  24. I always noticed a Celtic - Liverpool friendship because i saw em play and both sung YNWA together with their scarves held up high. And the Kenny Dalglish factor too and in 1989 Celtic organised a benefit match to raise funds for the families affected by the Hillsborough disaster. I've always known Liverpool and Celtic to have a strong relationship so hearing they have a good relationship with Everton surprises me a bit, i do remember a Celtic - Everton friendly a few years back tho. Also there's a QPR - Celtic relationship, catholic based and stripes whatever. I don't know how it all came about, just heard bits about it. Something on here http://www.thecelticwiki.com/page/Liverpool+FC
  25. I always preferred Rangers because they were blue but i liked them more after knowing about the Chelsea - Rangers relationship. I never liked Celtic because of them being catholic, i always thought i'd have to be catholic to support them lol and because they have a special relationship with QPR and Liverpool, especially Liverpool and sing YNWA bullshit.
