It's good that people are willing to be a mod. I like to just come here and post as well as many others but some people are different and also it's a good way for someone new-ish to maybe establish themselves here altho it's not gonna work like that this time it seems. As much as i like it here, i'm happy with what i'm doing pressure free, post when i want etc and well i work from 12-7 every day so i think i do well to post as much as i do anyway. The legend tags were cool, proper posters actually getting some credit after a couple of good consistent years of activity, it's a recognition of being a genuine good member and gives the rest something to aim for. Even if a tag wasn't there, the gold name shouldn't be removed. I was apart of it on other forums where certain members had different colours and there were legends etc, i always liked that not everyone was the same.

Pissed off and happy at the same time. Keep getting told different things, our work delivery times are due to change because of the Olympics. Our manager told us the plan is to have it at 4:30am (!!!) so i asked him if he can make it half 5 or 6ish because those hours are fine, i can get decent sleep and have lots of the day free and i aint getting up at 3am! He said he'll speak to them. Ok.... so we get a delivery yesterday, the driver said that on the board in the DC it says Kingston and all other London stores will be moving to 2am as both deliveries need to be all finished by 6:30am. If this is the case, i'm fucked.... when am i gonna sleep? I'm not going to bed at 7pm he can fuck off, i'll get like 1 or 2 hours sleep a night and will have to sleep in the day, i hate sleeping in the day. Another issue... SATURDAYS! I hate working Saturdays. Deliveries used to be Monday - Friday ages ago, they then decided to have them 6 days a week which means that i'm sometimes doing 6 days. They then removed Wednesdays and kept Saturdays which means that i do every other Saturday and every other Wednesday doing another job because i said i will not do EVERY Saturday. I used to do 1 in 3 now i'm doing 1 in 2... not happy but it's not quite a disaster. On Monday, one of our night team supervisors said to me that soon we will have wednesday deliveries again but not Monday so i said "FFS why can't they just stop Saturdays! Tuesday-Saturday is the same as Monday to Friday, 5 days straight, fucking wankers!" Then one of our delivery drivers on Tuesday told us that they may be going back to Monday - Friday as the guy who decided to bring in Saturday deliveries has left the company and it's costing too much money to open up the DC on a Saturday and more money to bring Lorries out delivering. On Wednesday .... Our night manager told me that we'll be going back to 6 days soon.... MEH please ffs give me something concrete i have no idea what's going on. Anyway i did say the word happy above. Your eyes did not decieve you. July 9th, our manager leaves!! 8 years of hell, i hate him more than i hate any other man on this planet and we will be having the piss up of all fucking piss ups, that's already been organised for the 7th or 14th Wooo!! and he, as well as our night manager are off today so who's gonna just fuck off 3 or 4 hours early? Yes, you guessed right. Shit company, shit managers, shit staff, shit pay.... pay back i do take whenever i get the chance. Today is one of these occasions. Damn did i write all that... sorry. Anyway rant over, i'm gone.

1) Get rid of that poxy globber face, it's abused and getting very boring now. I have noticed tho that people really struggle to understand one's sarcasm or sense of humour at times which is a shame and can cause the most fucked up arguments lol. Sometimes i cringe when i see a reply thinking "how can you not realise that's a tongue in cheek comment?" I'm sure the globber face was brought in for good intentions but it's gone too far now imo. 2) Stay on topic, it's hardly difficult. But again someone might say something that is on topic but can make something off topic so easilly. It's in our nature to reply to a previous comment, it's very easy to go off topic, even i do it occasionally, i don't mean to but it does happen like answering someones question or correcting someone. In a transfer thread, a common one is when taking about the person the topic is about, someone will say (example Hazard thread), "let's get Hazard and then Hulk then we'll be unbeatable" "I think Hulk is not the player we need to be with Hazard and Mata" "Fuck Hulk, Porto are asking for too much money, we should get Navas instead" Suddenly from being on topic, it's gone on to Hulk or someone else even tho it went off topic from a Hazard comment. These are just small issues that can be stopped with a bit of common sense. 3) Stop having conversations in a thread. Again can be hard, we're only answering the above both most of the time. At the end of the day, it's very easy to go slightly off topic. When you think it's going off topic, just make a note of it to stop and get back on it.

We've all paid well over the odds on stuff but if it's something you really want, go for it. As long as you have a job we get paid to treat ourselves once in a while and i'm sure all of us have spent crazy money on something.

Must admit i was pissed off with the trophy lifting too, Wanted a clear picture of JT and Lamps lifting it together like they have so much in the FA Cup, shame really as this was the biggy.

I only ever wore sunglasses when i got laser eye surgery, my eyes were so sensitive, the most uncomfortable few hours of my life. Couldn't open them properly and had to stay hidden away in the dark lol. The only thing i can't leave home without is my watch.
