Hope to see Guiu starting upfront instead of George. He seemed decent against Forest. Ajax seems pretty shit with Heitinga, would be important to win. Going from being a world class player to a successful manager is not for everyone. In fact, it’s actually a very tough transition to make and many fail at it. So for Cesc to get where he is already so early in his managerial career is already a success. Nobody should be getting carried away with Cesc yet though, because as I say, it’s very early in his managerial tenure. But you also cannot help but get sucked in by him; he’s just got something. You can feel it, see it, and predict it. He was the real deal as a player and I know he’s going to be the real deal as a manager. He has the aura, the tactical knowledge, the passion, the people skills, the motivational speeches, and he knows how to setup and play the game. He’s invested in the game and he is super intelligent. Cesc has a football obsession. The former Barcelona, Arsenal, and Chelsea star has all the tools to become a top manager, and I know that all Chelsea fans are watching on very closely. You just know that our owners and directors will be as well. Cesc is a perfect kind of young and energetic head coach who they will have on a contingency list in case they want to bring a new head coach into the club in the near or far future. Cesc will be there alongside the likes of Liam Rosenior and Andoni Iraola. I’m not just assuming this either, I know from sources that they are! Cesc has admitted that his aspiration is to manage in the Premier League and I can guarantee you that it wont be long before he is here. He just has that perfect mix as a manager - he can coach world class tactics but he also knows the importance of running, hard work, and a strong mentality. Football is and always will be about both of these and Cesc knows it. You cannot win games with 11 ‘techy’ players just like you cannot win games with 11 ‘fighters’ - you need a perfect blend of both and in the right positions. One day, and no I’m not calling for Enzo Maresca to be replaced now and I’ve actually done nothing but compliment him lately, I’d love to see Cesc back at Chelsea as a manager. For now though, I just want to see him continue to develop and grow as a head coach. Let him warm….
